1、让课堂教学充满创新活力http:/www.DearEDU.com泰顺县西洋中学曾 静 案例背景著名的未来学家托夫勒指出:工业社会的特点是标准化,而信息社会的特点是多样化和个性化。从某种意义上说,个性与创新总是相伴而生,学生个性得到张扬的时候创新潜能才能开发出来。自主的根本目的是张扬个性,个性是创新的前提。培养学生创新精神与实践能力,是人的个性发展价值的需要。也就是说,创新与实践,可以使个性得到充分的张扬。创新和实践的最终目的,是使学生的人格得到塑造,使学生获得生命的全部意义。改变学习方式的根本意义,是为了培养学生的创新精神。在整个教学过程中,老师的教似乎不是显得很突出,更多的是引导学生去思考,

2、去体验,这样才会有所发现、有所得,才有利于培养学生的创新性和创新能力。因为面对同样的问题,学生中会出现各种不同的思维方式,产生不同的结果。课例 1 The Great Green Wall 教学片段( After learning the text )T: Do you want to be a person like Lin Feng? Why or why not? (给学生充分的讨论时间)S1: Yes, I think we must protect and improve our environment.S2: I agree with her. Its our duty to do

8、od, today we did a good job.教学反思:老师将书本知识和现实生活结合起来,加深了学生的感性认识,丰富了语言学习的内容。如:把保护和改善环境与本地的环境情况结合起来。由于学生所在的小镇小工厂比较多,空气污染比较严重,而且学生长期生活在这样的环境中,对其造成的危害感触颇深。话题贴近学生生活,基于学生的生活经验,学生会有许多的感受可说,会积极参与讨论,与别人分享自己的感受,从而激发他们的主动参与意识,而不同的学生,感受是有差异的,差异又是一种资源,师生可以共享。这样一来,学生的主动性即被调动起来,当然思考、研讨气氛也随之而起,学习效果就特别理想。而且在教学中要重视学生的独特

9、感受和体验,既然每个学生的生活经验和个性气质都不一样,就应鼓励学生对问题做出有个性的反映,教师要不失时机地鼓励学生谈独特的感受和体验。如在案例中,教师提出“你想成为林枫这样的人吗?为什么?” 针对老师的提问有许多同学从不同角度回答了这个问题:想,觉得有价值;不想,生活太艰苦;不想,可以通过其他的方式来达到同样的目的等。遇到个别偏激的想法(Life is very hard, and we cant make much money.),并不直接加以驳斥,而是让其他同学就此进行分析得出结论,并统一了认识。教师充分尊重学生的理解和感受,让学生通过生生之间的交流进行思想上的自我调整,这不仅使学生提高了

10、灵活解决问题的能力,同时体现了教师允许学生表达他们独特的见解,并给以充分的尊重。对问题的理解学生有不同的理解和感受,这种思想是新课标所倡导的创新理念。新的课程改革所倡导的英语教学,强调阅读是学生的个性化行为,不应以教师的分析来代替学生的阅读实践,应让学生在主动积极的思维和情感活动中,加深理解和体验,有所感悟和思考,受到情感熏陶,获得思想启迪,要珍视学生独特的感受、体验和理解,教学中要创造学生和文本对话的机会,从而达到不同的学生从不同的角度认识和理解课文的境界,让课堂成为学生发挥个性的天地,成为自我赏识的乐园。课例 2 A Famous Person 教学片段( 学习课文后, 老师利用多媒体呈现

Computer cant take place everything.教学反思:在课例中通过“计算机在现实生活中的对人类的作用”这个问题的讨论,如有的学生从正面肯定了它给人类带来的帮助:写信、发邮件、听音乐、阅读、下载信息等,也有的学生谈了它的负面影响:对眼睛有害、干坏事、导致学习下降等。因此,在这个过程中学生的创造潜能在这样的氛围中得到发挥和展示。教师在讨论了计算机对现实生活的影响之后,给学生充分的思考时间,设计了一个未来电脑的话题,引起学生的浓厚兴趣,让学生发挥想象,凭借自己已有的生活
