10、impressions on bosses and colleagues.Our own research at Work Design Collaborative is completely consistent with that interpretation.So how are we actually going to realize the energysaving opportunities that were missing?It seems to me there are two very basic actions called for.First,organizations

11、 must make distributed work not only available but expected by more employees.Company policies and financial incentives can easily “push” workers into changing their patterns.Note that I am not advocating making everyone a fulltime telecommuter.But just getting half of the workforce to work from hom
