Scope of Bid1.1 The World Health Organization, hereinafter the Employer, wishes to receive bids for the construction of a 400 Bed Hospital at Suleimaniyeh in Northern Iraq, herei
4、nafter referred to as the Works,招标范围 1.1 世界卫生组织，以下称为“雇主”，期望能收到修建伊拉克北部苏莱曼尼亚市400床位医院的投标书，以下简称为“本工程” 1.2 The successful bidder will be expected to complete the Works within the period stated in the Appendix to Bid. 1.2 中标人需要在标书附页所规定的工期内完成本工程1.3 Throughout these bidding documents, the terms bid and tend
5、er and their derivatives (bidder/tenderer, bid/tendered, bidding/tendering, etc.) are synonymous, and day means calendar day. 7、ss, description, date established, years of experience as contractor, structure and organization, details of the number of technical, administrative and labour resources, details of contractors equipment and facilities; （2）公司名称，注册地，公司介绍，成立日期，作为承包商有多少年的工程承包经验，公司结构和组织体系，技术人员，管理人员和劳动力资源等详细信息，承包商所拥有的设备及
8、设施的详细情况；(c) Registration certificates and certificates of good standing; (3) 公司注册证明文件和良好的信誉证明文件；(d) Statement confirming current ownership, directors and authorized executives; （4）确认当前公司所有权，经理和经授权的执行经理（项目经理）的申明书；(e) Audited accounts for the last 3 years; （5） 最近3年来的审核账目；(f) Bank statement confirming

12、in Sub-Clause 2.1 above; （1）标书应包含上述2.1条所提及的所有内容。(b)The bid and, in case of a successful bid, the Agreement, shall be signed so as to be legally binding on all partners; （2）若联合体中标，则所签署的标书和协议对所有合伙公司都具有法律约束力；(c)One of the partners shall be nominated as being in charge, and this authorization shall be e
