1、 WTZ A 100 200 型 型 Model WTZ A 100 200 起重量限制器起重量限制器 Hoisting Weight Limiter 使用说明书使用说明书 Manual 2 一 仪表使用注意事项一 仪表使用注意事项 传感器与仪表的连接必须可靠 传感器的屏蔽线必须可靠接地 在仪表通电状态下 所有连接线不允许进行插拔 防止静电损坏仪表或传感器 传感器和仪表都是静电敏感设备 在使用中必须切实采取防静电措施 在雷雨季节 系统必须落实可靠的避雷措施 防止因雷击造成传感器和仪表的损坏 确保操作人员的人身安全和称重设备及相关设备的安全运行 不得在有可燃可爆性气体 可燃可爆性蒸汽 可燃可爆粉
2、尘的场合使用 不得在有压 力的罐装系统中使用 仪表和传感器须远离强电场强磁场 远离强腐蚀性物体 远离易燃易爆物品 严禁使用强溶剂 如 苯 硝基类油 清洗机壳 不得将液体或其他导电颗粒注入仪表内 以防仪表损坏和触电 为保证仪表显示清晰和使用寿命 仪表不宜放在阳光直射下使用 放置地点应较平整 仪表不宜放在粉尘及振动严重的地方使用 避免在潮湿的环境中使用 如在室外使用 需做防水处理 在插拔仪表与外部设备连接线前 必须先切断仪表及相应设备电源 仪表对外接口须严格按使用说明书中所标注的方法使用 不得擅自更改连接 本仪表自销售之日起一年内 在正常使用环境下 出现非人为故障属保修范围 请用 户将产品及发票复
3、印件 编号相符 寄往本公司或经销商进行专业维修 超过保修期以及人为故障或其他意外损坏 生产厂对仪表实行收费维修 电源与称重仪表的连接布线应尽量排除外界电磁干扰及防止机械损坏 用户不得自行更换该产品的零部件 应会同产品制造商共同解决运行中出现的故障 以杜绝损坏现象的发生 Attentions The connection between sensor and instrument must be firm and the shielding wire of the sensor must be reliably grounded Don not plug in or pull out any c
4、onnecting line when the instrument is linked to the power in case of any electrostatic damage to the instrument or the sensor As sensor and instrument are static sensitive equipment anti static measures shall be taken properly during operation During thunderstorm season protective measures must be i
5、mplemented to prevent 3 damages caused by lightning to the sensor and the instrument and to ensure the safety of operator and safe operation of the weighing equipment and related facility Do not use it in places where flammable and explosive gases steam and dust are accessible or in pressured cannin
6、g system Put the instrument and the sensor away from strong magnetic field strong electric field highly corrosive substances and explosive objects It is forbidden to use strong solvents such as benzene nitro class oil to clean the surface of the instrument Do not inject liquid or other conductive pa
7、rticles into the instrument to prevent the instrument from damages and electric shock To ensure a clear display of the instrument and its service life the instrument should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be placed on plat ground Avoid using the instrument in dusty and vibrating places
8、or in moist environments Outdoor operation will require water proof measures Prior to connecting the inserted instrument with peripheral equipment the power of instrument and related equipment should be cut off The external interfaces of the instrument should be used in strict alignment with methods
9、 noted in the manual one should not change the connections without authorization Users can send the instrument and a copy of the receipt number matched to our company for professional maintenance free of charge if there is any non man made fault under normal operating environment within one year of
10、warranty period from the date of sale For any faults beyond the warranty period faults by man made harms or other accidental damages the manufacturing plant will charge for maintenance of the instrument The connection and wiring between power and the weighing instrument should try to exclude externa

13、eigh overload protector which measures the changes of the weight of the loaded goods by a preset weight sensor and displays the actual load instantly on the display instrument When the load reaches the given point of rated load the acousto optic alarm of the hoisting weight limiter will be triggered
