4、009曲线齿同步带传动。与GB/T 246192009相比,除编辑性修改外主要技术差异如下:修改了标准名称;增加了G8M和G14M带轮和带型号内容(见全文);删除了带齿与轮齿间隙(见2009版的图3、图9、图13);修改了H型齿形尺寸对应的圆弧尺寸为坐标尺寸(见表9,2009版的表1 );增加了S3M、DS3M、S5M、DS5M型号曲线齿同步带、带轮及齿条刀具(见第8章);修改了带轮节距偏差(见表36,2009版的表24);调整了原标准附录C其他型号同步带及带轮尺寸内容到正文(见第6章、第7章)。本标准使用重新起草法修改采用ISO 13050:2014同步带传动 米制节距 G、H、R、S齿型曲

5、线齿同步带与带轮。本标准与 ISO 13050:2014 相比在结构上有较多调整,附录 C 中列出了本标准与 ISO 13050:2014的章条编号对照一览表。本标准与ISO 13050:2014相比存在技术性差异,这些差异涉及的条款已通过在其外侧页边空白位置的垂直单线()进行了标示,附录D中给出了相应技术性差异及其原因的一览表。本标准由中国机械工业联合会提出。本标准由全国带轮与带标准化技术委员会归口。本标准起草单位:本标准主要起草人:本标准所代替标准的历次版本发布情况为: GB/T 246192009。GB/T -20XX1同步带传动 G、H、R、S 齿型曲线齿同步带与带轮1范围本标准规定了

6、G、H、R和S齿型曲线齿同步带和带轮的基本特性,主要包括:型号和标记、带齿尺寸、带齿节距、带长和带宽、带长测量方法、带长和中心距关系、轮槽尺寸及极限偏差、带轮直径、轮宽尺寸及极限偏差、带轮几何公差、带轮的材质、表面粗糙度及平衡。本标准适用于一般工业用同步带传动。2规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。GB/T 6931.3带传动 术语 第3部分:同步带传动(GB/T 6931.3-20xx,ISO 5288:2017,MOD)GB/T 11357带轮的材质、表面粗

7、糙度及平衡(GB/T 11357-20xx,ISO 254:2011,MOD)3术语、定义和符号GB/T 6931.3确定的术语、定义和符号适用于本标准。4型号和标记4.1型号曲线齿同步带和带轮分为G、H、R和S四种齿型,共有以下十四种型号:G齿型:G8M、G14M型号;H齿型:H3M、H5M、H8M、H14M、H20M型号;R齿型:R3M、R5M、R8M、R14M、R20M型号;S齿型:S3M、S5M、S8M、S14M型号。4.2标记4.2.1带的标记带的标记由带节线长、带型号(包括齿型和节距)和带宽(对于S齿型为实际带宽的10倍)组成,双面齿同步带,在带型号前加字母D。示例:节线长1400

8、mm,节距14mm,宽40mm的曲线齿同步带标记为:G齿型(单面):1400G14M40;H齿型(单面):1400H14M40,H齿型(双面):1400DH14M40;R齿型(单面):1400R14M40,R齿型(双面):1400DR14M40;S齿型(单面):1400S14M400,S齿型(双面):1400DS14M400。4.2.2带轮的标记GB/T -2002带轮的标记由带轮代号P、带轮齿数、带轮型号(包括齿型和节距)和轮宽(对于S齿型为实际轮宽的10倍)组成。示例:齿数30,节距14mm,轮宽40mm的曲线齿同步带轮标记为:G齿型:P30G14M40;H齿型:P30H14M40;R齿型

11、4-3.25.1.3G齿型带长测量5.1.3.1 测量装置测长装置(见图2)由两个相同直径的带轮、施加测量力装置和中心距测量装置组成。两带轮均可自由转动,其中一个带轮的轴支架固定,另一个带轮的轴支架可沿两带轮中心连线游动。带轮型号应与测量带型号相同,其齿数、尺寸、极限偏差见表3,测量力见表4。图2测量装置简图说明:F总测量力;c中心距。5.1.3.2 测量程序GB/T -2004将带安装在测长装置的两带轮上,施加测量力,将带至少转动两圈以上,使带齿与轮齿啮合良好并使测量力均匀分配在带的两边。测量两带轮中心距。带长等于带轮节圆周长加两倍中心距。对于双面齿带应测量两齿面带长。表 3G 齿型测量带轮
