1、Unit 3Robots单元语法专练简单句和复合句之间的转换(一)1.宾语从句转化为简单句。(1)当谓语动词是see,hear,watch,think,find,notice等词时,其后接的宾语从句可转化为“宾语+宾语补足语”结构,宾语补足语可由现在分词短语、介词短语等充当。例如:Liu Ping saw that a wallet was lying on the ground.Liu Ping saw a wallet lying on the ground.刘平看见地上有一个钱包。I found he had already been in the office.I found him
2、already in the office.我发现他已经在办公室里了。(2)当主句谓语动词是know,learn,remember,forget,tell等词,后面接由疑问代词what或疑问副词how,where,when等引导的宾语从句,且从句的主语与主句的主语一致时,从句可转化为“疑问词+不定式”结构。例如:She has forgotten how she can open the window.She has forgotten how to open the window.她忘记了怎样打开窗户。2.结果状语从句、目的状语从句转化为简单句。(1)由so.that.引导的结果状语从句可以
3、用too.to.或(not).enough to do结构转化为简单句。例如:He was so angry that he couldnt speak.He was too angry to speak.他气得说不出话来。She is so young that she cant finish the task by herself.She is not old enough to finish the task by herself.她太小,不能独自完成任务。(2)由so that或in order that引导的目的状语从句可以用in order to或so as to结构转化为简单句。
