1、学海无涯DELAWARE SUPREME COURTJUDICIAL CLERKSHIPSThe Justices of the Delaware Supreme Court encourage applications from talented law students and attorneys who wish to serve a clerkship with the Court. Each one-year clerkship starts in late August. The salary is approximately $51,000. Preferred qualific
2、ations are top 10% of the graduating class and law review experience. Many Justices extend offers to clerks as early as late summer, two years in advance of the clerkship. For law students seeking to clerk upon graduation, this typically means that they should prepare to send out resumes at the begi
3、nning of their second year, and for all applicants, assume that the Justices may and often will hire as soon as other comparable courts, such as federal courts of appeal, consider applicants. Applicants should submit a resume, law school transcript, a writing sample, and letters of recommendation to
