2、yun xu linna yu meilin chen yini maqi项目概况生姜是铜陵“八宝”之一。以其“块大皮薄，汁多渣少，肉细脆嫩、香味浓烈”等特色而闻名。铜陵生姜的营养丰富。据化验，含蛋白质1.4%，糖为8%,脂肪为0.7%。此外，还含人体必需的钙、铁、胡萝卜素、硫胺素、抗黄素、尼克酸、抗坏白酸和无机盐等营养成份。在医药上，姜有除湿、去寒、发汗、增温等功效。用铜陵姜加工成的糖姜、醋姜、干姜等一直是畅销品。尤其是糖冰姜，为铜陵外贸产品之一。每年的9、10月份都是鲜姜上市的季节，铜陵本地的市民都有腌制生姜的习惯，而生姜加工企业此时也会大量收购生姜，记者在市场上了解到，今年生姜价格历年最
3、高，行情也一路看好，一些商贩看准行情，将外地黄姜拉到铜陵冒充白姜出售，来赚取巨额利润。 在今年农副产品价格普遍上涨的情况下，铜陵白姜价格非但没涨，反而比去年同期下降一半。据调查，去年鲜姜刚上市时，每公斤8至10元，集中上市时每公斤4至5元，而今年鲜姜上市时，每公斤仅5至6元，9月底以来跌至每公斤26元左右。据铜陵白姜协会秘书长裴万智介绍，受去年价高影响，今年该市白姜种植面积比去年扩大了近20%，全市白姜总面积近1万亩。此外，今年风调雨顺，生姜产量高。据姜农测算，平均每亩比正常年景增产20%左右。“量大滞销，导致价格大跌。”铜陵的大多数姜农是小户种种植，缺少销售及宣传方面的专业知识。产品质量好但
