14、高度54.75m,地下一层层高4.2m,作为库房和设备用房,地上12层层高为5.1m,作为商业服务网点和职工餐厅,地上3层层高4.5m,作为教室、实验室和客房,414层层高3.6m,作为宿舍,电梯机房层高为3.9m.建筑结构形式为框架剪力墙结构,合理使用年限为50年,抗震设防烈度为8度,本工程为一类高层,建筑设计耐火等级为:地下一级,地上一级。墙体工程:0.000以上内外墙均采用加气混凝土砌块,0.000以下外墙采用混凝土墙,内墙采用粘土实心砖和加气混凝土砌块砌筑。屋面工程和地下室工程:本工程屋面防水等级为II级,防水层合理使用年限为15年,地下室防水等级也为II级,外墙和底板采用防水混凝土,

15、防水混凝土设计抗渗等级为P6。室内防水:设地漏房间做防水层,设防水的墙面和地面按建筑工程做法表施工,穿楼板管道应按照各种要求预埋止水套管。门窗工程;建筑外门窗抗风压分级为5级,气密性能为6级,水密性能为3级,保温性能为8级,隔声性能为3级。本工程门有玻璃弹簧门、木制平开夹板门、平开半玻镶板门、夹板百叶门、铝合金平开全玻门、铝合金推拉门、防火门,窗户采用中空玻璃塑钢窗。装修工程:雨棚和构架屋面只做找坡、找平和防水层,除雨棚和构架屋面采用粒料或涂料保护层;标高11.000以上外墙采用涂料,11.000以下采用干挂石材;地下层内墙面刷涂料,地上层加气混凝土砌块墙(除厨房、卫生间)刷涂料,地上层混凝土

16、墙(除厨房、卫生间)也刷涂料,地上层加气混凝土砌块墙(卫生间、厨房)贴面砖,地上层混凝土墙(厨房、卫生间)贴面砖; 地面:地下室地面制冷机房地面采用环氧树脂涂料地面,除此之外均采用水泥砂浆地面;楼面:厨房、卫生间楼面采用地砖楼面,除厨房、卫生间、门厅、走廊楼面采用地砖楼面,门厅、走廊、楼梯休息平台、踏步楼面采用大理石楼面;顶棚:地下室顶棚采用板底抹水泥砂浆顶棚,卫生间、餐厅、包间、三层教室、实验室、办公室一层门厅、走廊顶棚采用铝合金龙骨条型板吊顶,除此之外均采用板底抹混合砂浆顶棚;建筑节能:本工程从保温材料、给排水、电气等方面进行节能设计,保温材料主要是泡沫玻璃板、XR无机保温材料(浆料)、岩棉板,给排水系统符
