1、华东理工大学法学院学位英语考试复习资料（2011-2012年版）第一章 题型简介 英语学位考试中包含公共英语部分和专业英语部分。其中，专业英语部分包括词汇词组翻译（英译中、中译英）、段落翻译（英译中）三种题型。具体如下： 一、词汇词组翻译（英译中） 这部分内容大多为英美法的基本知识。例如：The Adversary System的中文翻译是什么？（答案为“对抗制”）；Strict liability的中文翻译是什么？（答案为“严格责任”）。本部分共15题，每题0.4分，一共6分。 二、词汇词组翻译（中译英）这部分内容大多为英美法的基本知识。例如“出示证据”的英文翻译是什么？（答案为“Intro
2、duce evidence”）；“传闻证据”的英文翻译是什么？（答案为“Hearsay evidence”）。本部分共15题，每题0.4分，一共6分。 三、段落翻译（英译中） 这部分内容大多为英文合同、英文法规的翻译。例如：Arbitration ：All disputes in connection with the execution of this Contract shall be settled friendly through negotiation. in case no settlement can be reached，the case then may be submitt
