3、 bench. You should join us. Its nice and cosy.Okay. Thanks for the invitation. ( Mike and Tony move over. Cathy sits down alongside them. ) Wow, its quite comfortable! ) (Paula enters. )Sitting on an invisible bench, are you? Yes, how did you know?I was doing the same thing myself, just yesterday. M
4、ind if I sit down? （Mike looks annoyed.） Not at all. Please do!( All make room. Mike stands up and wanders over to the middle of the stage and sits down. Ann enters, looks at Mike.)You look like you are sitting on an invisible bench. Yes, I am.What are they doing over there?Were sitting on an invisi
5、ble bench too! No, youre not.Were not?No.I must have forgotten to tell you. (smiles) It got too crowded, so I moved the bench. Entire group (Tony, Paula and Cathy) fall down. 7、l-looking papers and gives them to King. (throws them at Servant in anger)No, no, no, bring my important papers! What are these? Servant bows, dashes out, comes back in with a newspaper.No, you fool!(tears the paper in two)I must have my important papers RIGHT NOW! Servant exits, comes back in with
8、a magazine. Ahhhh! (takes magazine and runs after Servant. Servant runs away)Bring . my . important . papers . NOW!Its an emergency! (to Queen)Tell him, dear!Umm, (standing, announcing officially) the King requires his important papers.It is your duty to bring them to him at once. (to King)OK? (King
9、 moves around in chair, looking uncomfortable.)Are you okay? You seem . anxious . Im fine.I just need my (with a serious voice) important papers.Servant bursts in, next to Queen, empty-handed and looking worried.Queen points to a dictionary, or poster on the wall, etc. Servant runs to get it and pre

Queen tears a page from her book and offers it to King.He glares at Queen.Servant dashes out, comes back in with something behind his back.Sir?holds out a roll of toilet paperYes!My VERY important pape

12、课本。) (凯西上场。)这里正在发生什么事呀？我们正坐在一条隐形长凳上呢。你应该跟我们坐在一块。真的很好很舒服。好的，谢谢邀请。（迈克和托尼挪到一边，凯西坐在他们的身边。）哇噻，真的好舒服啊！(葆拉上场。)你们坐在一条隐形长凳上，是吧？是啊，你怎么知道的？我也做过同样的事，就在昨天。我坐这儿你们不介意吧？(迈克看上去有点气恼的样子。)一点也不介意。请坐！(大家都挪出一点地方。迈克却站起来，溜达到了舞台中央，然后“坐”下来。安上场，看着迈克。)你看上去像是坐在一条隐形长凳上嘛。是啊，没错。他们在那边干什么呢？我们也是坐在一条隐形长凳上呀！不，你们不是！我们不是？对。我一定是忘记告诉你们了。(面带
13、微笑) 刚才人太拥挤，所以我就将长凳给搬走了。一行人托尼、葆拉和凯西都跌倒在地。剧 终重要的纸人物：国王、王后、仆人场景：国王的城堡。国王的扶手椅空着。王后坐在自己的扶手椅上，在看书。国王上。我们的仆人都上哪儿去了？一群懒鬼。( 叫喊 ) 仆人！仆人上。陛下，您需要什么？我需要，不，我必须拿到我的（非常严肃地看着仆人）重要的纸。（坐下）仆人拿着一摞公文上场并将它们呈给国王。这都是些什么？ (生气地将文件扔向仆人)不对，不对，不对，把我重要的纸拿来！仆人鞠了一躬，匆忙离去，之后手持一份报纸重新上场。不对，你这个傻瓜！(将报纸扯为两半)我必须立刻拿到我的重要的纸！仆人退下，之后手持一本杂志重新上场
14、。啊呀呀呀！抓起杂志，追赶仆人，仆人逃下把我的重要的纸拿来现在就要！情况紧急！ (转向王后)亲爱的，你跟他说！嗯，（起身，庄重宣布）国王陛下急需他的重要的纸。立即将它们送达国王陛下是你的职责。(转向国王)行吗？ (国王在座位上不停地挪动着身体，显得极不舒服。)你没事吧？你看上去很着急我没事，我只是需要我的（声音严肃地）重要的纸。仆人冲上舞台，来到王后身边，两手空空，面带焦虑。王后指向一本词典或者是墙上的招贴画之类的东西，仆人就赶紧跑过去拿了呈给国王。不对不对不对不对！那不对！有人一定能将我重要的纸拿来！王后从自己的书上扯下一页，送给国王。他瞪着王后。仆人又上场，身后藏着什么东西。陛下？递上一卷卫生纸对了！这就是我最最重要的纸！飞速冲下舞台，在出去路上撞到人和东西.
