1、创新成稿范文 HAOJING COLLEGESHAANXI UNIVERSITYOF SCIENCETECHNOLOGY创新教育立项书项目名称班级电气093学号2409306电话E-mail姓名时间xx.12前言在当前竞争激烈的的国际国内大环境中，中国凭借近几十年的飞速发展，已经在世界这个大舞台上占据了一席之地。 但客观的说，与中国迅猛发展的经济发展速度相比，中国的文化教育事业并不能与之相匹配，二者的建设层面和理论层面的发展档次存在一定差距，而这种不相符合和不相匹配会反过来阻碍进一步全面的发展。 尽管说，从文革结束恢复高考以后，我国高等教育得到蓬勃发展，招生人数逐渐扩大，近几年大学扩招的力度更
2、是大幅度提高。 然而在我国高等教育逐渐实现普及化和大众化的同时，现行大学教育制度所存在的问题也逐渐暴露了出来。 相比美国开放式教育，我们的大学教育实行的是市场经济的套路，进行的是单一的产业化输出模式。 这种单 一、固定、缺乏活力的教育模式严重阻碍了中国教育发展的前途和大学生个人能力素养的提升。 尤其是在近些年三本院校过度扩招，只重视数量而不注重质量，管理松懈的放任态度下，所培养出的大学生整体素质都不高。 高学历低能力,自觉性、纪律性和团队性普遍不高，不能服从管理甚至恐惧社会成为了现代大学所教受出的大学生的通病。 大学生的就业率逐年下降就是一个很好的例证。 就我国现行的大学教育制度而言，已经不能
3、符合、适应当代社会的发展，中国大学的体系必须要进行一次彻底的变革！正是在这种改革之风欲涌云气之时，镐京学院以敢为人先的勇气，前无古人的创新精神和坚持变革的魄力在中国的教育事业道路上卖出了跨越式的一步。 学院摒弃现行大学中实行的党支部领导责任制，而是实行董事会领导下的院长负责制，以此来增强学院领导层的创新性和时代性。 始终坚持正确的办学指导思想和办学理念，将“简约高效，追求卓越”确立为立校之本，强校之策。 建立了完善的课堂教学，科学实验和社会实践相结合的教学体系。 把教育目标、人才培养、治校传统和理性精神凝聚成合力，把建立镐京学院先进大学文化放在首位，把培养学生“作风优良，能力突出，身心坚强”作
