1、项目用地协议范文 项目用地协议范文甲方*市化学工业循环经济示范园区管委会乙方甲乙双方经友好协商，就乙方拟在化工园区内投资建设年产项目用地一事，达成项目用地协议如下 一、使用土地位置、面积乙方拟投*建的年产项目位于*化工园区，*，南临，西至,北至,占地面积约平方米，实际用地面积以规划确定面积为准（详见附图）。 二、使用土地价格及付款方式依据国家有关规定，用地单价暂定为元/平方米（实际单价以土地评估单位评估价为准），合计人民币大写元整，￥元。 本协议签定后三日内预付款人民币大写元整，￥元，剩余部分在办理土地招拍挂手续时一并交齐，多退少补。 三、甲方的权利义务 1、主动积极为乙方服务，协助乙方办理规
2、划、土地手续。 2、提供基础设施配套服务，公用工程配套达到使用要求。 四、乙方的权利义务 1、在甲方的协助下，按有关部门的要求办理规划、土地等手续，并提供相关资料。 2、要按照国家规定的投资强度、容积率进行投资建设，可享受引资的优惠政策。 3、乙方承担办理建设用地手续发生的相关税、费，即摘牌费（土地评估费、公告费、公证费、宗地图测绘费）、土地管理费、建设用地管理费、土地登记费、建设用地管理费、契税等。 4、严格按规划设计要求组织施工建设，如有变动，需提前告之甲方，不得擅自修改规划，否则后果自负。 5、根据生产岗位的需要，乙方在用工时，在同等条件下优先安置化工园区被征用地后剩余劳动力就业，并依据

8、attractforeigninvestments.3.PartyBshallbearrelevanttaxationandfee,namelydelistingfee(landassessmentfee,noticefeeandmapmeasurementfee),landmanagementfee,constructionlandmanagementfeeandcontracttaxandsoonwhenhandlingprocedureofconstructionland.4.Toorganizeconstructionseverelyaordingtotheplanningrequir
9、ements.Incaseofanychanges,PartyBmustnotifyPartyAinadvanceandmustnotamendtheplanningwithoutauthorizationotherwisePartyBshallberesponsibleforanyresultingconsequences.5.Ondemandofproductionposition,PartyBshallgiveprioritytoutilizethesurplusmanpowerunderthesameconditionsafterthechemicalzoneisusedandhand
