2、需求下，产生了CRM（Customer Relationship Management），即客户关系管理系统。本文研究的CRM管理系统主要提供两个方面的功能，一是收集并管理客户信息，包括企业信息管理、联系人信息管理、项目管理等；二是对公司项目进行的跟踪记录，包括与客户的沟通过程记录和与客户交互的文档管理。后台操作包括用户管理和权限管理。本系统基于LAMP平台，采用PHP脚本语言开发，页面特效辅以JQUERY技术，服务端部署在LINUX系统上，然后以WEB形式展示，直观、快速、高效的管理企业的客户信息。本文大体框架如下：首先提出用户关系管理系统存在的意义，分析国内外CRM的发展趋势。接下来介绍了
