3、本合同向乙方采购本合同项下运输服务及其它相关服务(“运输服务”)，乙方情愿依照本合同向甲方提供本合同项下运输服务。在本合同有效期间内，如甲方新增加的关联公司需向乙方采购本合同项下的运输服务，则在甲方向乙方通知增加其所代表的关联公司并提供该等新增加的关联公司的授权托付书后，本合同自动适用于该等新增加的公司。假如甲方减少附件一中的关联公司，乙方应在收到甲方的通知时立即停止向该关联公司提供运输服务。Party A, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates in the Peoples Republic of China (“China”),
4、 enters into this Contract with Party B. Party A hereunder includes Party A and the affiliates it represents except as otherwise provided herein. 5、ling to purchase from Party B and Party B is willing to provide to Party A the transportation service and other related services (“Transportation Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. During the term of this Contract, this Contract shall automatically apply to any
6、new additional affiliates of Party A upon Party As notifying Party B of its representation of such new additional affiliates and providing Party B with Authorization Letters issued by such additional new affiliates if such new additional affiliates need purchase the Transportation Services under thi

9、应直接向托运单中确认的托运人开具发票并结算有关运输服务的款项。This Contract sets forth the quality terms with respect to Transportation Services provided by Party B and general trading terms and conditions of business relationship between Party B and Party A and the affiliates Party A represents hereunder. Party B confirms and ag
10、rees that this Contract does not create the obligation of Party A and the affiliates Party A represents hereunder choosing Party B to provide Transportation Services. Following the execution of this Contract, when Party A and the affiliates Party A represents hereunder need the Transportation Servic
11、es of Party B, Party A and the affiliates Party A represents hereunder will purchase from Party B Transportation Services hereunder by executing a written consignment note. Upon the signing of the consignment note (as defined in Appendix II of this Contract) by the representative of Party A, by deli

Party B shall provide Transportation Services to the shipper indicated in the consignment note according to the terms and conditions of this Contract and such consignmen
