1、题目精益六西格玛在P公司的应用研究作 者 王绪龙33摘 要 随着社会的发展与进步,生产力水平压在顺应时代需求的变化而不断提升。越来越多传统的生产管理模式因为不能顺应现代企业的发展被淘汰。同时也有越来越多创新型的生产管理模式被创造出来。其中精益六西格玛作为一种先进的生产管理模式逐渐被各个行业中的企业所引用。通过使用精益六西格玛管理方式来优化生产服务流程,降低生产的成本,不仅能够满足客户的需求,还能提高自我产品的核心竞争力。为打开国外市场提供良好的基础。 精益生产方式结合六西格玛管理方式形成的精益六西格玛不仅结合了两种生产管理模式的优点,而且逐渐摒弃了两种模式的缺点,进行了系统上的优化。是得更加符

2、合现代企业的运作与组织模式。该种模式的由来是日本丰田汽车公司创立的丰田生产方式。这种生产方式对于生产过程中的浪费现象做到了管控的极致。不断加快生产速度。缩短产成品的产出周期。杜绝一切生产过程中的浪费现象。实现资源的高效利用。为企业不断降低生产成本,在不提高产品售价的基础上,为企业带来更多的收益。而且精益六西格玛不仅满足企业对产品质量的要求还能能满足对产品产出速度的要求。能够顺应市场的发展趋势。P公司是一家生产无纺布卷材的美资公司,它是纺粘熔喷无纺布的全球领先制造商之一。十年前P公司面临的市场压力较小,但如今随着国内外大量纺粘熔喷生产线的上马,公司面临的市场压力骤然增加,也必然要求公司在产品品质

3、、制造成本及交货期方面做出更大改善,以面对不断变化的市场竞争环境。由于精益六西格玛对组织流程的优化起到重要作用,因此,精益六西格玛在P公司中必定有用武之地。本文探讨精益六西格玛在P公司运营中发挥的作用,以期改进公司运营中存在的诸多问题,对公司运营效率的提高起到推动作用本文首先通过介绍精益六西格玛的发展起源与发展现状,结合国内外的理论研究。先介绍精益生产模式,再介绍六西格玛管理方式,最后分析两者结合后的优势与特点。确定精益六西格玛对企业完善组织流程的可行性。通过利用理论模型结合数据分析。设计出适合P公司目前所面临的发展压力与亟待解决的问题。利用精益工具与六西格玛管理模式先对问题进行根本原因的分析
