4、诊的先后编号用并利用随机数字表法分为“治疗”组、“对照”组二组，每组20例。治疗组采用针灸进行治疗，主穴为中脘、胃俞、足三里，脾胃虚弱加脾俞，章门，肝胃不和加肝俞、期门。对照组采用西药进行治疗，奥美拉唑胶囊20mg/粒，晨起空腹口服，每日1粒，7d为一个疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察各组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后胃镜检查均有明显改善，与治疗前相比，经统计学处理，治疗组经针灸治疗后，治愈率为20.00%，总体有效率为90.00%；对照组经奥美拉唑胶囊口服后，治愈率为10.00%，总体有效率为65.00%。经x检验，p0.05(x=8.58,p=0.035)，治疗组与对照组在改善临床症状方面，差别有显著性
5、，治疗组优于对照组。两种治疗方法均能对慢性胃炎产生疗效，在改善慢性胃炎患者上腹胀、胃脘痛、食少纳呆、嗳气、反酸、大便异常等症状方面，治疗组要优于对照组。本研究在验证了针灸治疗法治疗慢性胃炎中的确切性和实用性，值得临床推广运用。关键词慢性胃炎；针灸治疗；临床观察ABSTRACTPurpose:In this study, through the design of randomized controlled trial, evaluate the therapeutic effect of the tested patients received two courses of treatment

7、Method: This study selected patients with chronic gastritis from June 2014 to April 2015 during the Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Province, Hubei University of Chinese Medicine Hospital of acupuncture in hospital，and met the inclusion criteria, 40 patients in a 1: 1 ratio, according to the sequence o
