(Century21 Beijing Realty)根据中华人民共和国有关法律、法规和北京市有关规定,甲、乙双方遵循自愿、公平和诚实信用的原则,共同委托丙方代理并见证甲乙双方之间的买卖行为,经甲、乙、丙三方协商一致,共同订立本合同,以兹各方共同遵守。Pursuant to relevant laws and regulations of the Pe
