13、及时、 优先地为甲方进行防范业务指导和技术支持，优先为甲方员工提供相应的医疗服务。（三）双方约定的其它合作范围：1、双方约定在甲方公司区域内合作推广各种基本医疗服务产品，比如针对公司员工的 健康体检、上门集中免疫防保接种等。由乙方提供的服务同等条件下乙方应予以相应优待；具体服务类别和形式由双方另行协商。2、甲方选定乙方为定点医疗单位，向乙方转送需就医的本单位员工等；在企业经营和 管理中，优先采用乙方的各种医疗服务资源，具体合作办法按国家、省市或各自的规定处理。3、双方约定：乙方对甲方急救医药箱药品配置内容予以指导，以便甲方员工需要。4、双方开展各种友谊的联谊活动，加强往来与联系。互可邀请和选派
14、人员参加对方的 各种文体娱乐和企业文化活动，互可利用对方的相关设施设备和人力资源进行类似活 动。医疗服务合作协议书2-25、双方合作应保证在符合国家、省市及行业相关法律法规和规范的基础上进行，充分 尊重对方的权益。任何违反国家、省市及行业相关法律法规和规范的行为给对方造成损失的，责任方应当负责赔偿受损方的损失，具体事宜按国家、省市或行业相关规定由双方协商处理。二、结算方式甲方为本协议规定乙方提供的服务内容向乙方支付费用，计每年 元，不够整年的按月实际平均计算。三、附则1、双方约定本着真诚互惠、友好合作的原则，在合作中互为对方提供各种必须的便利 或配套条件。本协议未能明确的事宜，可参照本协议之约
