2、 as possible,to maximize the overall hotel yearly business profit. 督导厨房、管事部所有员工的工作,保养设备、设施,控制各项成本和费用,支持并配合餐饮部总监的经营计划,竭尽全力增加效益,为酒店整体完成年度经营目标努力。1. Proficient in V9 All Day Dining restaurant operations of the kitchen. 全面掌握V9全日西餐厨房的业务。2. Responsible for the production,preparation and presentation of all

3、 food items,to ensure highest quality at all times.负责西餐厨房所有食品、烹饪、装饰,并确保达到质量标准。3. Food Cost control, purchasing and financial management. 做好食物成本控制、采购和财务管理。4.Be aeare of HACCP,ensure that the kitchen adheres to sanitation and safety laws.了解HACCP体系,确保厨房遵守卫生和安全法律。5.Be aeare of the latest market informat

4、ion to develop the most suitable market strategy.了解最新的市场动态,制定最切合市场的经营策略。6. Can design the menu according to the business needs,can provide recipes and train staff accordingly. 能够根据经营需要设计菜单,能够提供每道菜式的配料,并能够给员工进行培训。Qualification 任职资格: 1. Engaged in professinal work for more than 8-10 years experiences
