4、 important ones first. You should also break really big tasks into small action steps that can be easily accomplished. This makes big and difficult tasks easy to manage and complete. I have found that if I break my list into small lists that contain no more than a maximum of 10 items each, I will mo

5、re readily get a feeling of accomplishment as I move from list to list during the day. Dont forget to look over your tasks at the end of the day.Technology has become both a timesaver and unfortunately a huge consumer of our time. Large numbers of communication tools available, which include SMS, em

6、ail, Facebook and Skype, etc, are major sources of distraction (使人分心的事物) every day. These can negatively affect our concentration, attention, productivity and decisionmaking abilities. Just like your goal of managing your time, you must manage your use of these tools as well. Dont leave your email b

7、ox open all day as this will distract your attention every time a new email comes in. The best way I have found to deal with these very valuable forms of communication is to set aside two blocks of time, for example one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening.Lack of perseverance (毅力) can an

Your inability to refuse unreasonable demands from your fellow workers or managers and a deep sense of not wanting to disappoint other people around you can become a huge waste of your time.
