1、吉首大学 硕士学位论文 湘西州农村初中留守儿童网络成瘾的现状及体育干预措施研究 姓名:艾康 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:民族传统体育学 指导教师:龙佩林 20100601 摘 要 第 i 页 摘 要 摘 要 20 世纪 80 年代,我国流动人口开始大规模出现,留守儿童就产生了。由于家 庭教育的缺陷,留守儿童问题日益严峻。网络,是新时代高科技的产物,同时它 又是一把“双刃剑”,她是天使和魔鬼的集合体。在信息化社会里,湘西州农村 初中留守儿童与网络的关系越来越紧密,不当使用网络会导致留守儿童网络成瘾, 损害其身心健康,危害社会和家庭。留守儿童能否健康成长关系我国未来的人口 素质、建立和谐社会目标的实

2、现和社会的稳定与发展。 研究发现:(1)湘西州农村初中留守儿童的网络使用动机,其中网络成瘾者 为了休闲娱乐、打发时间、结交朋友、扮演不同于现实生活的角色;非网络成瘾 者是为了获取各种信息和资料、学习知识或技能;(2)调查发现有 26 人从来没 有上过网,湘西州农村初中留守儿童每周上网的频率较高;(3)在上网时间上, 男生多与女生,网络成瘾者多与非网络成瘾者;(4)在上网使用范围上,网络成 瘾者主要是网上游戏、休闲娱乐;在非网络成瘾者是为了浏览网站/网页、下载软 件、歌曲、电影等;(5)湘西州农村初中留守儿童网络成瘾的性别分布,所取样 本中,留守男生成瘾率比留守女生要高;(6)网络成瘾者与非网络

3、成瘾者选择上 网的地点主要是网吧;网龄与网络成瘾的关系不大;(7)网络成瘾的农村初中留 守儿童在生活事件的发生频率要明显高于非网络成瘾的农村初中留守儿童,网络 成瘾的留守儿童的心理影响要显著大于对非网络成瘾者的影响;(8)不同的生活 事件对网络成瘾者的影响力是不一样的,人际关系因子和学习压力因子对网络成 瘾者的影响最为突出,对农村初中留守儿童的心理发展中起着重要的作用;(9) 网络成瘾者与非网络成瘾者在应付方式各因子上的比较,解决问题和求助这两个 维度上都存在差异性;而在自责、幻想、退避、合理化这四个维度上均存在显著 差异性;(10)网络成瘾者与非网络成瘾者在各条目上各自的应对方式存在较大 的

4、差异性;(11)网络成瘾者的重度、中度、轻度患者在体育干预和心理干预后 其成瘾症状、总成瘾度上呈下降趋势,他们的各自心理与行为有所好转;(12) 从留守儿童个体自身特点、网络的特点、学校、社会、家庭揭示湘西州农村初中 留守儿童网络成瘾的原因。并提出了湘西州农村初中留守儿童网络成瘾的预防对 策:创造生动活泼的和谐校园文化环境;加强网络的监督管理,创建和谐的社会 文化环境;家庭与监护人的教育与引导措施要得力。 主题词:农村初中 留守儿童 网络成瘾 体育干预 ABSTRACT 第 ii 页 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In the 1980s, largescale floating pop

Network is a high technology product of new period , it is also a double-edged sword at the same time, it is an angel a

In the information society,the relationship between the junior middle school unattended children in Western Hunan and network is closer and closer, if the unattended children misemploy network ,it will lead them to be very interested in network ,and more than they will be

7、an addicts ,it will damage to their physical and mental health., and it is harmful to society and family. Whether or not the unattended children grow up healthily will concern the future quality of the population ,the goals of building of a harmonious society and social stability and development. Re

8、search shows, (1) The junior middle school unattended childrens network use motivation in Western Hunan, Internet addicts are to kill time, leisure, make friends, play different roles which is different from in real life ; Internet non-addicts are to get all kinds of information and document, learn

9、knowledge or skills ; (2) It found that there were 26 persons have never got on the internet, junior middle school unattended children in Western Hunan have a high online frequency ; (3) On the time of spending in getting on the internet,boys are more girls, internet addicts is more internet non-add

10、icts ; (4) On the serviceable range of internet , internet addicts mainly play online game, leisure and entertainment ; Internet addicts are to browse web pages, download software, songs, movies, etc ; (5) In sex distribution in these samples,.among these unattended childrens boys internet addicatio

11、n frequency are higer than girls; (6) Internet addicts andi nternet non-addicts choose net bar as their location ; the time of getting on the internet has nothing to do with network addication ; (7) These junior middle school unattended children who is an Internet addict , their occurrence of life e

12、vents is higher than these junior middle school unattended children who is not an Internet addict obviously , on the psychological effects, these junior middle school unattended children are bigger than these junior middle school unattended children who is not an Internet addict obviously ; (8) Diff
