辽宁师范大学 硕士学位论文 吉林省田径传统校课余训练现状调查研究 姓名:万国臣 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:体育训练学 指导教师:吕中凡 20100301 II 中 文 摘 要 本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法, 对吉林省体育传统项目(田径)中学课余田径运动训练现状进行研究,发现存在 问题,探究原因,为构建合理的课余田径运动训练体系提出可行性的对策,促进 学校课余训练的健康发展研究结果表明: (1)吉林省体育传统项目(田径)中 学体育主管领导在开办课余田径训练的指导思想上存在着偏差,有待于进一步明 确办学目的,调整训练指导思想 (2)吉林省体育传统项目(田径)中学课余田 径训练的带队教师队伍年轻化,富有朝气和潜力,是学校训练的一股强大的力量, 呈现出一种较为合理的教师结构学历呈现本科化,研究生学历没有;职称机构 以中级为主 (3)教师计算机水平有待提高,外语基础、科研能力较差 (4)运 动员整体水平不高,缺乏“尖子”队员项目布局不够合理,项目的设置多与考试 的项目挂钩,对一些冷门项目的关注程度不够运动员参加比赛的次数较少,得到 锻炼的机会不多“一集中”为主要的日常管理方式,学校对运动员的训练与文化 课学习安排不够合理,运动员文化成绩较低,训练与学习之间的冲突较为严重。
本文在全面分析影响吉林省中学田径课余训练因素的基础上,有针对性地提 出了学校领导、教师与运动员要转变思想观念,认识到田径课余训练的重要性进 行人事、用人机制和分配制度改革,逐步实现教师专职化,形成良好的竞争机制 和激励机制积极组织各种形式的运动会,提高运动员的参赛次数,以竞赛为杠杆 全面推动田径训练的普及工作对运动项目进行科学评估,调整项目布局完善教师 培训和考核制度,建立和优化选材系统,从而提高科学化训练水平通过社会集资、 与企业联合办学的形式,多渠道筹集资金,解决中学体育经费不足的矛盾提高教 师与运动员对文化课学习的重视程度,合理统筹安排训练与学习,提高课余训练 的科学性 关键词:吉林省 中学 田径 课余训练 现状 对策 III Abstract In this paper, literature, questionnaires, expert interviews, statistics and logical analysis, research methods, traditional project of Jilin Province sports (athletics) Secondary after-school track and field training status of research and found problems, explore the reasons for building a reasonable after-school athletics training system put forward feasible measures to promote the healthy development of the school after-school training. The results show that: (1) Jilin Province Traditional Sports (athletics) Middle School Sports executive leadership in setting up after-school track and field training in the guiding ideology there is bias, subject to further clarify the purpose of school, adjusting the training guiding ideology. (2) Jilin Province Traditional Sports (athletics) Secondary led after-school track and field training of teachers younger, full of vitality and potential of the school trained a powerful force, showing a more rational structure of teachers. (3) teachers should be further improved computer skills, foreign language-based, scientific research and less capable. (4) the overall level of players is not high, the lack of "elite" members of the project is not so reasonable, the project set the project to link more with the exam on the degree of concern of some popular items is not enough competition fewer athletes get the opportunity to exercise is not and more "a focus" as the main day to day management, schools, athletes, training and literacy classes to learn arrangements are not reasonable, low-athletes and cultural achievements, training and learning the conflict between the more serious. In this paper, comprehensive analysis of the impact of after-school track and field training in secondary schools in Jilin Province on the basis of factors that have targeted school leaders put forward, teachers and players should change their ideas, recognizing the importance of training for after-school track and field personnel, and hiring system and the reform of distribution system gradually achieve a full-time teachers, the formation of good competition and incentive mechanisms to actively organize various forms of games, raising the number of athletes to competition as a lever to promote track and field training in a comprehensive work of popularizing scientific assessment of the sport, adjust the layout of the project improve teacher training and examination system to establish and optimize the selection system to enhance the level of scientific training through the social fund-raising, and business schools in the form of a joint, multi-channel fund-raising to address the problem of insufficient funding for sports in schools to improve teachers and athletes to learn lessons on culture degree of attention to a reasonable overall arrangements for training and learning, improve after-school training in science. 课余训练是学校课外体育活动的一个重要组成部分,是学校贯彻普 及与提高运动水平的重要措施积极开展课余运动训练,能造就一批具有良好思想品质 的体育后备人才, 培养一批开展群众体育活动的骨干力量, 有效地推动学校体育的开展, 从而达到发现人才、培养人才、输送人才、提高民族素质和建设体育强国的目的 我国的课余体育训练有着悠久的历史,早在 20 世纪初便有中学开展课余体育训练 的记载, 但是由于历史原因直到建国以后才真正的发展起来, 为了推动学校体育的发展, 各级部门组织了大量的运动会,学校自发的选拔、组织起自己的运动队伍,开展起了课 余体育训练但是 1966-1976 年,由于文化大革命,我国的学校课余体育训练受到了严 重的摧残和破坏,这一阶段基本上处于混乱和停滞状态,文化大革命结束以后,为促进 学校体育工作的进一步开展,国家教育和体育行政部门逐步建立有关的规章制度,使我 国的课余体育训练逐。
