1、杭州电子科技大学 硕士学位论文 大学生需要现状及对策研究 姓名：李轶璐 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：思想政治教育 指导教师：赵祖地 20091101 杭州电子科技大学硕士学位论文 V 摘 要 摘 要 要促进大学生的成才发展，就要对大学生需要进行调查，了解大学生需要的现状。不同阶 级不同年龄层的人有不同的需要，大学生的需要研究是以大学生为研究对象，研究其需要的分 类、结构、层次和特征。本文以大学生需要现状为研究对象，通过调查问卷的形式对大学生需 要的现状进行了统计和分析，在此基础上，根据大学生需要的现状和特征，从思想政治教育和 教育教学改革两方面，提出了切实可行的方法和途径。 本文由四个部分构成：
2、第一部分，前提和起点。从需要的概念入手，通过整理西方近现 代对需要理论的研究、马克思恩格斯的需要研究、我国学者对需要的理论研究等，对需要理 论研究的基本现状进行了梳理。第二部分，调查与分析。在文献综述的基础上，通过开放式 访谈对大学生需要有了初步的整体了解，并在此前提下，参考黄希庭等人的需要调查表，确 定了调查问卷内容。问卷制作完成后向五所不同性质的大学四个年级段大学生发放，并对有 效问卷进行了统计和初步的分析。第三部分，现状与特征，根据调查问卷统计结果，对大学 生需要的现状和特征进行了较详细的分析。第四部分，对策与举措。根据调查问卷结果反映 出的大学生现状和特征，从因需利导,加强改进思想政治
3、教育和因需施教，改革创新教育教学 两方面，提出了促进大学生成才发展的方法和举措。 本文所采用的调查问卷，在理论界较为权威的黄希庭的需要问卷上，结合开放式访谈的 内容修改而成。问卷发放过程中，考虑到大学生家庭经济背景、成长环境等因素，选择了浙 江和湖北省五所高校大学生为调查对象，调查对象范围相对较广，问卷结果具有一定的信度 和效度。对策与举措在问卷调查结果基础上完成，结合大学生在调查问卷中反映出的情况， 提出了切实可行的对策，对于提高思想政治教育的实效性和促进大学生的全面成才发展有一 定的实践意义。 关键词：大学生需要，调查，现状，对策 杭州电子科技大学硕士学位论文 VI ABSTRACT Ta
