1、河南大学 硕士学位论文 河南省高校体育教育专业网球课教学现状与对策 姓名：王丽英 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：体育教育训练学 指导教师：易春燕 2011-05 I 摘 要 在提倡素质教育的今天， 高校开展网球运动是提高学生全面素质的一个最有效的手 段之一。而体育院系网球课是培养各级各类网球人才的场所，其教学现状的好坏将直接 影响未来网球人才培养的质量和网球人口的健康发展。因此，如何更好的提高高校体育 教育专业网球课教学质量，对发展我国网球事业有着重要的意义。 以河南省高校体育教育专业网球课教学现状及对策为研究课题，通过运用文献法、 问卷调查法、访谈调查法等，对河南省高校体育教育专业网球课师资结构
2、、学生基础状 况及对网球课满意度、网球课教学条件、网球课教学现状、教师对学生综合能力的培养 等进行调查研究，通过客观的分析，探究影响河南省高校体育教育专业网球课持续发展 的因素，并在分析研究的基础上提出相应的改革措施。 研究结果如下： 1. 河南省高校体育教育专业本科网球课师资结构有待完善，副教授和教授比例不 足；教师对任职后进修状况不满意；教师科研水平一般；网球教师人数较少；网球教师 男性比例大。 2. 网球运动在河南省高校体育教育专业学生中很受欢迎，但学生基础水平参差不 齐，一定程度上阻碍了网球教学的有序发展。 3. 河南省高校体育教育专业本科网球课教学条件不足：教学场地数量严重匮乏， 室
3、内网球场很多高校目前还没有；高校对教材的使用有所忽视。 4. 河南省高校体育教育专业本科网球课教学内容的选择基本满意，但教学时数、 学生人数与教学场地之间存在矛盾；教学方法和手段有些单一；教学考核偏重技战术， 忽视对理论的考核；教师对学生综合能力的培养有待加强。 5. 影响河南省高校体育教育专业本科网球课教学现状的主要因素：网球教师队伍 建设、网球教学条件、学生基础能力、网球课教学时数等。 6. 提高河南省高校体育教育专业本科网球课教学现状的对策：加强网球师资队伍 建设；制定合适的教学模式，因材施教，转变学生观念，激发学生学习兴趣；改善网球 II 教学条件；优化教学内容；改革教学方法和手段；完
4、善评价方式；重视对学生综合能力 的培养。 关键词：河南省，高校，体育教育，网球课，教学现状，对策 III ABSTRACT In the today of advocating quality-oriented educations, carrying out the tennis movement is one of the most effective means of improving their comprehensive quality in university. But sports college tennis lesson is the place of cultivati
5、ng much of talents. The current teaching quality will directly affect the quality of future tennis talent training and the healthy development of the tennis population. Therefore, how to improve the quality of college P.E education professional tennis lesson better is the important significance to d
6、evelop Chinas tennis careers. Author regards Henan province university physical education professional tennis lesson present teaching situation and countermeasures as a research topic. Through using the application of literature, questionnaire, interview method, etc, we investigate and study Henan p
7、rovince university sports education professional tennis lessons teachers structure, students with basic conditions, and tennis lessons satisfaction, tennis lessons teaching conditions, tennis lessons teaching situation, teachers cultivate the comprehensive ability of students for the objective analy
8、sis and exploring the factors of Henan province university sports education professional tennis lessons and continuous development influence. And some reform measures are proposed on the analysis of base. The results of the study indicate that: 1. The Henan province university physical education spe
9、cialty undergraduate tennis lessons staff structures remain consummate. The associate professors and professors ratio is insufficient; teachers are unsatisfied with post-career education situation; teachers scientific research level is general; the number of tennis teachers is little; the proportion
10、s of male Tennis teachers are much larger. 2. The tennis movement in the majored students of Henan province university physical education is popular. But the students basic level is unevenly, the situation hampers tennis teaching and orderly development. 3. The teaching condition of Henan province u
11、niversity sports education professional undergraduate tennis lesson is insufficient: teaching field is serious shortage, and the indoor tennis courts in many universities are not current. The use of teaching material in universities is a little neglected. IV 4. Henan province university sports educa

14、ents with basic ability, tennis teaching hours etc. 6.The current teaching counter measures of improving Henan province university sports education professional undergraduate tennis lessons: strengthening tennis faculty building; formulating appropriate teaching mode, teaching students according to
15、their aptitude, changing their concepts, stimulating the student interest to study; Improving tennis teaching conditions; optimizing the teaching content; reforming teaching methods and means; perfecting appraisal way; attaching importance to the cultivation of students comprehensive ability.
