In order to improve our practical abilities, our foreign language department opens a comprehensive training for us. The training last
3、ed for about two weeks from December 21, to December 31, 2009.This training mainly focused on enhancing our professional knowledge and practical abilities. As for our practical English major students, the suitable job for us is an English teacher in a kindergarten or a primary school. Our teachers s
4、hare some English teaching methods with us selflessly. Besides, our department also invited some senior schoolmates to come back to give us training guidance. They are all undertaking the children English education and have rich experience. Through this comprehensive training, I have learnt if we wa
5、nt to be a successful English teacher for children, we must grab students psychological and possess warm, caring, understanding personalities. 7、t as good as being expected. In countries, children often have no money to attend kindergartens, governments outlay for preschool education is limited. Private kindergartens management is often in confusion. So the government should take measures to improve the quality of the kindergarten. Promotion
8、 of morality and refinement is to enhance teachers quality and spiritual level. As a practical English major college student, I have a general idea about my major. The situation as follows: The arrangement of this course is to cultivate students ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing and t
9、ranslating. In addition, the college has built some special courses on the teaching method. The direction of seeking a job for our practical English major students is an English teacher in a kindergarten or a primary school .During my college time, our school always hold a variety of activities such

We always take part in the English corner and talk with our foreign teachers or classmates. Our topic centered on life, study, hobby and so on. This activity can improve ou

Our foreign language department set up English listening, English grammar, oral English, English writing, translation, English teaching methodology and some other professional courses for our practical English major students. We should not only master professional knowledge but also possess warm, caring
15、 and understanding personalities. I recognized that as an English major student if you want to find a good job that related to your major, your oral English must be as good as possible. So I will pay much attention to my oral English in the future and practice it everyday. The most important thing to find an ideal job is to have self-confidence. If you dont believe in yourself, no one else will believe in you.
