1、Unit8 Chinese New Year(教学设计)(The 1st period) 一、教学内容:译林版英语六年级上册Unit8 Chinese New Year (Story time)教材分析:本单元讲述的是中国传统节日:春节,贴近学生生活实际,对于文本的理解难度不是很大,教学重点可以放在语言操练和文化意识渗透上。二、教学目标:(一)知识目标1、能听懂、会说、会读单词:get,Hong Kong,next week,tangyuan,food, fireworks,lion dance,red packet,Chinese New Years Eve,Chinese New Year

2、s Day。2、能听懂、会说、会读、会写句子:What are you going to do? Im going to (二)能力目标1、能初步理解并朗读课文。2、能在理解课文的基础上讲述Anna一家是如何过中国新年的。(三)情感目标:1、能了解中国各地新年的风俗习惯和差异。2、能通过学习,抒发爱国情怀,热爱传统文化,加深对我国传统文化的理解。三、教学重点:1、能听懂、会说、会读单词:get,Hong Kong,next week,tangyuan,food, fireworks,lion dance,red packets,Chinese New Years Eve,Chinese New

3、 Years Day。2、能听懂、会说、会读、会写句子:What are you going to do? Im going to 3、能初步理解并朗读课文。四、教学难点:1、能听懂、会说、会读单词:get,Hong Kong,next week,tangyuan,food, fireworks,lion dance,red packets,Chinese New Years Eve,Chinese New Years Day。2、能听懂、会说、会读、会写句子:What are you going to do? 4、na一家是如何过中国新年的。五、教学准备:作业纸、PPT六、教学过程:Step1 Warm-up1. Sing a song: “Happy New Year”(以新年歌曲导入新课,烘托过年喜庆的氛围,英语教学的语言环境创设是非常重要的,有助于学生对课文内容的理解,同时也激发学生兴趣,调动学生情绪。)2. Free talkT: Boys and girls, you sing very well. Do you like new year?T:Me, too. I like Chinese New Year very much.(中国新年是同学们耳熟能详的节日,亲身经历过的,先让学生用已有知

5、识进行交流,让学生们回忆新年的活动,讨论中国新年的习俗,锻炼语言交流能力。)Step2 Presentation1.揭示课题T: Look at the picture. Whats it about?S: Chinese New Year.T: Yes, youre right. So today well learn something about Chinese New Year. Please read after me: Unit8 Chinese New Year.2. 讲授Chinese New Years Day和Chinese New Years Eve(1)T: Boys

6、and girls, we all like Chinese New Year. But when is the Chinese New Year?(呈现日历表)Please look at the calendar. Chinese New Year is very late in 2015. Its in February. Look! What date is it?S: Its the 19th of February.T: Yes, and we call it Chinese New Years Day.(讲授Chinese New Years Day) (2) (教师指着2月18

7、日问)T: What date is it?S: Its the eighteenth of Feb.T: Yes. And we call it “Chinese New Years Eve” (讲授Chinese New Years Eve)(利用日历,教学除夕夜和年初一,简单明了,学生更易理解)3. 教授单词、词组: get red packets ; watch fireworks; watch a lion dance(1)T: What do people usually do at Chinese New Year? Do you Know?Ss:Say something ab

8、out Chinese New Year.T:I brought some pictures about Chinese New Year.Lets enjoy the pictures.(PPT呈现各种不同节日的活动图片,通过图片展示,图文并茂的呈现,学生易理解,而且有图片音乐相配,宛如进入喜庆新年的氛围,学生心情喜悦,而且学习的语言活动都是自己经历过的,贴近生活的,学生学习的欲望很强。)教授:get red packets, watch fireworks, watch a lion dance(2)Ss read the new words and phrases.T:What are

What colour?Can you make ?Did you last Chinese New Year?(在呈现图片的同时,不忘语言的输入,用学过的句型与学生进行问答,帮助学生理解和学习这些新年活动的表达,同时锻炼学生的口语能力。)4. 教授句型:What are you going to do at Chinese New Year ? 13、at” and “when”.Check it out.(在读课文和寻找的过程中,锻炼学生阅读理解的能力,养成寻找关键词句的良好阅读习惯,在这一部分的处理中,我注重方法的指导,让学生抓住关键词句,并注意细节的处理,比如长句子的朗读,句型中人称的变化及give和get之间的对应关系等,都在这一部分中加以关注并加以辨析。在check it out环节,让学生用将来时句型进行问答,进一步巩固新句型,也进一步理解课文。)Step3 Consolidation(1) Read after the tape.(2) Read in groups(3)Retell the text.根据板书复述Anna一家

14、的新年安排。(语篇教学一定要注重朗读的训练,跟录音朗读是必不可少的,难读句加强指导和训练,在熟练朗读的基础上,复述课文,进一步理解课文内容,也锻炼了学生的语言表达能力。)Step4 Production1.Make a plan for Chinese New Year.T:My plan for Chinese New YearMake plans. (Show some useful phrases)Share it out.(本部分是拓展环节,让学生学以致用,学生写英语作文毕竟不够熟练,需要老师的扶持,本部分首先由老师提供范例,让学生整体感知框架,并提供四个时间段before Chine
