1、 When speaking of Xiangxi, most people will come to Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.(湘西 土家族苗族自治 州) But in fact, the range of Xiangxi is boarder than that.It consists of Xiangxi Prefecture and Zhangjiajie. Let me lead you to the remote and mysterious Xiangxi Fenghuang is one of the most
2、beautiful ancient towns in China. The minoritis( (少 数民族) )Tujia and Miao living there generations for generations, plus the remote location, Fenghuang developed its unique custom. Most houses are built near The tuojiang,they are called Diaojiao buildings, a special house type of Tujia. These in feng
3、huang was built in Qing Dynasty. This is the embankment of Tuojiang. Walking along it, you can enjoy the excellent scenery As most old cities, there are many shops on the sides of the streets. They sell specialtis of Xiangxi, such as Ginger sugar(姜糖), blooded duck(血粑鸭), Acid turnip(酸萝卜), and the cos

But you may not know The Southern Great Wall. It is located in Fenghuang. The Southern Great Wall was built in Ming D

Because the military strength of the southern minorities was weaker than the nomadic people in the north, so The Southern Great Wall was not built as great as the North Great Wall. And since then , the Russia airplanes have flew through it many times(in my memory its always in March
9、to May。), becoming another scenery line in Tianmen Mount. Wulingyuan scenic spot, consists of Zhangjiajie national forest park, Tianzi mountain, and suoxiyu.
