2、。现在为了满足企业和求职者的需求，在线人才招聘系统将向网络版发展。此系统的开发为应聘者及招聘公司带来了很大的方便和经济，使他们足不出户就可以轻轻松松地完成求职和招聘工作。在线人才招聘系统，是收集企业的招聘信息和求职者的求职信息，从而方便企业和求职者，节省现实生活中招聘会所需要的人力和财力。它是利用先进的技术，使各地的招聘信息和求职信息集中，从而提高企业招聘人才的效率和方便求职者求职。本在线人才招聘系统是基于三层体系结构的开发，项目采用B/S模式，以ASP.NET 2.0为开发背景，数据库系统采用SQL Server2000，本系统使用C#作为开发语言。同时在项目中运用到的技术有三层体系结构、D
3、reamweaver网页制作、存储过程、Session等。在线人才招聘系统在经历需求分析、编码、测试到最后整个项目的完成；本系统的主要功能有：用户管理、填写个人信息和简历、填写公司信息、发布招聘信息、招聘、投递简历等功能。我在这次项目开发过程中学习到了很多知识，特别是专业知识方面让我受益匪浅。在整个求职网站构建完成之后，在程序中的多表查询与数据库中多表间数据联系时的实现是该求职网站不可避免的问题，在文章的后部分将会详细提到。关键字：在线人才招聘系统；三层体系；存储过程；ASP.NETOnline recruitment systemABSTRACTThe information era man
