2、通过对合肥市 2011 年房地产住宅市场的回顾和 2012 年第一、第 二月份的销售分析而开展的合肥市华地公馆住宅项目可行性分析。在研究该项 目时，以市场供需为立足点，分析项目开发的可行性和市场性；以资源投入为 限度，分析融资情况和醒目的形象定位；以科学方法为手段，分析项目开发的 优劣势；以系列评价指标为结果，最终确定该项目在技术上能否实施，能否取 得最佳的经济效益。基本建设可行性研究，是基本建设前期工作的重要内容， 也是按基本建设程序办事的重要步骤，其目的就是要使建设项目决策正确，避 免或减少因决策失误而造成的投资浪费。 关键词：关键词：可行性研究；市场分析；财务分析；不确定性分析 Impr
