2、of your QC laboratory doing RBU measurement and PET vacuum water sucking test.请你们认真地参加这样一次交流并请回顾一下你们目前的测试程序,使你们的品控室在做RBU测试和PET瓶的水拔压真空度测试时,确保数据精确,可靠并具有可再现性。RBU measurementRBU 测试方法Firstly - please ensure your QC staff understand clearly the definition of RBU which isRBU = 1000Absorbance 420 nm - 2*Abs

3、orbance 720 nm / b*cwhere b is the cell path in centimeter and c is the sugar concentration in g/mlOur usual procedure is to prepare a 50 brix sugar solution with c = 0.61478 g/ml首先,请确认你们的QC人员清楚的理解RBU的定义,即RBU = 1000吸光率(420 nm) - 2*吸光率(720 nm) / b*c这里,b代表比色皿宽度,单位是cm,c是糖的浓度,单位是g/ml。我们通常的程序是准备百利度为50的糖水

4、,其c值为0.61478g/ml。Different plants use different equipment and hence it is necessary to make sure the following 不同的厂有不同的测试设备,所以有必要确认以下几点1. Absorbance measurement is accurate - proper equipment calibration is a must. The calibration procedure should follow the equipment manual.1吸光率的测试是精确的正确的设备校准是必备条件。

5、校准程序应该遵照仪器使用手册。2. Make sure the absorbance at 420 nm and 720 nm is measured and used in the above formula. The 420 nm refers to the brown colour of Sugar and the 2*absorbance at 720 nm is a turbidity correction factor. Make sure this 720 nm absorbance measurement is not ignored otherwise the RBU val

If simple syrup or other any other brix sample is used use the table attached.3如果被测的单糖的百利度是50,那么

It is recommended that the same cell is used for both 420 nm and 720 nm absorbance measurement. Follow the instruction of the equipment manual on solvant (in this case water used for syru

8、p sample preparation) absorbance correction. For plants using double beam spectrophotometer, always make sure the same water is used for the reference cell. For simple syrup use treated water and for lab syrup sample using distilled water, the same distilled water should be used.4b值是根据使用的设备以厘米来表示的比色

10、有气泡。2. The capped water bottle prior to water suction is at ONE atmospheric pressure.2在做水拔压测试前瓶子是处于一个大气压下。3. No leakage of the septum cap.3隔膜盖子不渗漏。4Volume Accuracy of the syringe used for water suction. Avoid using a small syringe which requires two or more suctions4注射器中抽出的水的体积的精确性。避免使用容积太小的注射器,因为这样

11、可能需要两个或者更多的注射器To achieve the above - take the following precautions -为了达到以上目的,采取以下的预防措施1. Immerse the whole bottle into water and make sure there is no bubble in the filled bottle.1将整个瓶子浸没到水中并确保在已经充填的瓶子中没有气泡。2. Also immerse the septum cap into water and apply.2将盖子也浸没到水中并做同样检查确保无气泡。3. Seal the cap ju

12、st below the water surface. If the cap is sealed at a water depth pressure will be developed inside the bottle which will affect the accuracy of the test.3就在液面下方处盖上盖子。注意,如果是在一定深度的地方盖上盖子,瓶内的压力就会上升,这样会影响测试的精确性。4. Inspect the capped bottle upside down - THERE MUST BE NO AIR BUBBLES.4翻转察看盖好盖子的瓶子必须不得有气泡。

13、5. Apply syrup water suction - in the course of water withdrawal - there must NOT BE ANY AIR BUBBLE ENTERING THE BOTTLE. Air bubble means septum leakage.5应用于果汁抽取当不再使用水时必须确保瓶中没有任何气泡进入。空气泡说明盖子有渗漏。6. At the end of the test after the bottle collapse and recording the volume - remove the syringe and turn

14、 the bottle upside down. THERE MUST NOT BE ANY AIR BUBBLE INSIDE THE BOTTLE. Whilst the bottle is still upside down - examine the septum to confirm no air bubble enters the bottle.6当瓶子变型后在测试最后记录抽出的水的体积移走注射器并将瓶子倒置,瓶中不得有任何空气气泡。同时瓶子仍然是倒置的检查隔膜以确认没有气泡进入瓶内。It is important that all QC Vacuum tests are accu

15、rate and reliable.With the switch over to light weight bottle, vacuum test is getting critical and important.所有的QC真空度检测必须精确并可靠,这非常重要。当转换到轻量瓶,真空度测试就变得至关重要。Bottle failing vacuum test upon hotfilling, capping and cooling will not withstand the vacuum developed and deformed into an oval bottle.瓶子如果在热灌注,旋盖和冷却时通不过真空度检测,那更将无法经受真空度的增加,最终变形而成为椭圆瓶。Every attempt must be made to ensure accurate measurement of vacuum resistance, topload and body wall thickness distribution and compliance with Coke spec.我们必须尽所有的努力来确保瓶子耐真空度、最大负荷和瓶壁厚度分布的测量方
