2、发展带来了重要的影响。利益群体问题已经成为了关系到我国社会主 义建设事业成败的重要问题。本文在前人研究的基础上，对改革开放以来中国社会利益群 体的变化进行分析，以求对协调利益群体关系做出更有实效的探索。 本文首先提出了研究该题目的目的和意义。本文的主要目的就是理清我国改革开放以 来利益群体的变化及其影响，从而为妥善处理各利益群体之间的利益关系提供支持。其主 要意义包括理论和实践两个方面。第二部分则阐述了利益群体及其基本研究理论。然后文 章的第三部分介绍了改革开放以来我国利益群体变化的基本情况，主要包括改革开放以来 我国利益群体变化的背景、划分标准及其具体构成，并且指出了其呈现的特点，在分析利
3、益群体变化原因的同时指出了我国利益群体变化的趋势。改革开放以来，我国利益群体所 发生的这些变化给中国特色社会主义建设事业带来了正负两方面的巨大影响，因此，本文 的第四部分对利益群体的影响进行了阐述，尤其是其负面影响所带来的种种问题使得我国 经济社会建设面临着十分严峻的情况。因此，本文在第五部分提出了解决利益群体问题的 对策，即以科学发展观为总的指导原则，实行利益增长、利益共享和利益保障的一体化的 解决思路，从而保证利益增长的基础上实现利益共享，做好利益保障，这样才能从根本上 协调利益群体关系，为我国社会主义建设事业提供安定和谐的发展环境。 关键词：关键词：利益群体，科学发展观，利益增长，利益共

Because people have the similar and same interest need， they gradually join together and ultimately form the differe
5、nt interest groups in order to seek and maintain their own interest. Research and analysis of interest groups has been the important point of view in study of development of society and d economy. Since the beginning of the reform and opening-up， the interest structure of society has happened a big
6、change and the important change of the interest group of our country also have taken place. The changes of interest group have a significant impact on the development of economy and society. The problems of interest group have become so important that have big influence on success or failure of soci

Based on the study of former researchers， this paper analyzes the change of interest group since the reform and opening-up of our country and has made positive exploration of the coordination of the relationship between interest groups. This paper first stated the purpose and sig

The main purpose of this paper is to clarify change and impact of interest group since Chinas reform and opening-up in order to support to handle with the interest relationship between different interest group. The significance of this paper includes theoretical and practic
9、al aspects. The second part describes definition of interest groups and its basic theoretical research. Then the third part introduced the basic situation of change of interest group since reform and opening-up. It mainly includes background，classified standard， specific composition and character of
10、 interest group. In this part， the author also analyzes the reason for these changes and pointed out the tendency of change of interest group. Since the reform and opening-up， these changes have brought positive and negative influence on construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Th
11、erefore the forth part described the impact especially the problems which were caused by the positive influence of change of interest group made the construction of our society face with serious situation. So the paper put forward the countermeasures to solve interest problems. It means that we shou

All of these measures can ensure the growth of interest as the base and complete the share and protection of interest， so as to coordinate inte

14、切，都同他们的利益有关。 ” 1 我国虽然已经消灭了剥削阶级和 剥削制度， 但是人民内部仍存在着不同的利益群体。 他们因为不同的利益需求而产生了错综复杂的利益 关系。特别是随着改革开放的不断深入和市场经济的发展，各利益群体之间的利益矛盾日益复杂，成生 了各种矛盾和纠纷。 社会利益关系紊乱是社会人群之间利益矛盾扩大或激化的根本原因， 也是社会不稳 定产生的根源。 2这些矛盾和问题要求我们认真对待，因为它直接关系到人民内部各种利益关系和矛盾 的正确处理，关系到群众的团结合作，最终关系到社会的稳定和全面建设小康社会的实现。本文的重要 目的就是要通过分析改革开放以来我国利益群体变化发展的脉络， 为妥善
15、的处理利益矛盾纠纷和协调不 同利益群体的关系提供出具有实效性的建议与对策。 1-2 研究意义 1-2 研究意义 1-2-1 研究的理论意义研究的理论意义 目前，我国关于利益群体的研究主要集中于利益群体的定义、特点、分类、问题及其解决办法等方 面，并且已经取得了很多研究成果。本文就是在以往专家学者研究的基础上，以新的理论视角即以科学 发展观为核心， 利益增长、 利益共享和利益保障三位一体的思路来解决改革开放以来我国利益群体产生 的问题和矛盾，从而对利益群体问题做出新的思考与解答，丰富我国关于利益群体研究的理论，力求在 理论方面对我国利益群体的研究做出更为积极的思考和进一步的研究。 1-2-2 研
