1、南京财经大学 硕士学位论文 外商直接投资对产业集聚作用的实证研究-以河南省为例 姓名：辛贺刚 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：产业经济学 指导教师：杨风召 2011-01-11 I 摘 要 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国利用外商直接投资（FDI）的规模和数量不断增加，直 接带动了我国外贸出口的繁荣，在世界经济一体化步伐加快的新形势下，外商直 接投资在全球资源配置中的作用越来越重要， 外商直接投资的多少在一定程度上 代表了一个国家或地区的经济发展水平。普遍认为，外商直接投资对产业集聚有 着明显的促进作用，产业集聚也成为了外商直接投资区位选择的重要因素。 河南省作为我国人口最多的省份，经济总量在 2009
2、年位居全国各省市的第 五位，但是河南省吸引外资的数量却不多，没有对河南省的产业集聚起到很好的 促进作用，使得河南省的产业集聚一直在全国处在一个低端的水平上。近几年， 随着东部发达省市劳动力成本的上升，新一轮的产业转移正在全国乃至全球展 开，劳动密集型的外资企业纷纷到劳动力成本更具竞争力的地区，河南省应该也 必须抓住这次机遇，成为外资新的投资集中地，在完成产业集聚的同时，实现经 济的飞跃。 本文共分五个部分，第一部分是文献回顾，首先对外商直接投资与产业集聚 的主要理论进行了综述，然后将外商直接投资对产业集聚的作用进行了理论综 述。第二部分，讲述了外商直接投资与产业集聚之间的作用机理，从理论和经济
3、 学两个角度进一步分析了两者的作用关系， 特别是外商直接投资对产业集聚的促 进作用。第三部分，通过大量数据详细的介绍了河南省外商直接投资的现状以及 河南省产业集聚的现状，这一部分主要是为第四章的实证分析服务，通过直观的 数据，可以更加清楚的认识外商直接投资对产业集聚的作用。第四部分，在第三 章对河南省外商直接投资和产业集聚分析的基础上， 选取了地方专业化指数和外 商直接投资的对数这两个指标， 通过实证的方法证明了河南省外商直接投资对产 业集聚的促进作用，不仅如此，找出了河南省在外商直接投资的引进上需要加强 的产业。第五部分，在前面理论分析和实证检验的基础上，对当前河南省利用外 商直接投资提出了
4、相应的对策和建议。 关键词关键词：河南省；外商直接投资；产业集聚 II ABSTRACT Since the Chinas reform and opening up, the foreign direct investment inward has increased greatly both in size and number, which directly contributed to the prosperity of Chinas exports. At present, foreign direct investment on Chinas economy has become
5、increasingly obviously. Under the new situation of accelerating pace of world economic integration, foreign direct investment is more and more important in the allocation of global resources. To some extent, the amount of foreign direct investment represents a country or regions economic development

Its generally agreed that foreign direct investment has a clear role in promotion on industrial agglomeration and industrial agglomeration has also become an important factor in foreign direct investment location choose. However, Henan province, which is the fifth among the provinces and cit
7、ies regarding to the total economic output in 2009, does not have much foreign investment and has played a very good role in the promotion of industry agglomeration and the industrial clustering in Henan Province has been at a low level. In recent years, with the rising labor costs in developed east
8、ern provinces, a new round of industrial transfer has began both nationally and globally and the labor-intensive foreign-funded enterprises have come to a more competitive labor cost areas, Henan Province should take this opportunity to become the new foreign investment concentrated area and achieve
9、s economic takeoff while the completion of industrial clustering. This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the literature review, firstly, the main theories of Foreign Direct Investment and Industrial Agglomeration were reviewed, then the Theories of the role of foreign direct inve
10、stment on Industry Cluster were reviewed. The second part describes mechanism of the foreign direct investment and Industry Cluster and further analyzed relationship between them from the perspective of theory and economics, , especially foreign direct investment in promoting industrial clustering.
11、The third part described the status of FDI and industrial clustering in Henan Province in detail by large amounts of data, which is mainly for the empirical analysis in the fourth chapter in order to have a more clear understanding intuitively of FDI promotion to industrial clustering through data.
12、In the fourth part based on the analysis to foreign direct investment and industrial III clustering in Henan Province in the third chapter, the two indicators of local specialization index and lnFDI were selected to prove empirically FDI promotion on the industrial agglomeration in Henan Province. M
13、ore over the paper find out the industry which should be strengthened regarding to FDI introduction in Henan province. In part V, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed based on the previous theoretical analysis to the current foreign direct investment in Henan Province and
14、empirical test. 16、用， 各地区在吸引外商直接投资方面的竞争愈演愈烈， 包括竞相放松外商直接投资规 制，提供优惠政策等等。 而我国在引进外商投资的地区分布上极度不平衡， 东部沿海发达省市占据绝 对优势，这种利用外资的地区差异在很大程度上影响了内地省份经济的发展。河 南省作为中部地区乃至我国人口最为集中的地区， 其吸引外资的数量远不及东部 发达省份。正因为如此，笔者认为研究河南省外商直接投资有着特殊的意义，河 南省作为一个非常典型的中部大省，对其而言，促进地区的产业集聚，通过集聚 经济保持对外资的吸引优势，是实现区域产业合理布局，最终实现区域产业升级 的一个重要途径。那么，河南省的产业结构如何？产业集聚现状如何？外资的分 布特点如何？河南省应该如何
