We have two major type of Mold related consumer complaint.在6月12日，我给各位发了一条关于长霉而导致顾客投诉的信息。顾客投诉长霉菌一般有2个主要类型。1. Mold inside bottle - loss
2、 of Sterility1瓶子里有霉菌杀菌不够2. Mold on thread finish.2瓶口螺纹长霉菌Type 1 mold inside bottle I have already covered in my last communication to you all.第一种瓶子里有霉菌，我在上次和你们的交流中已经提到过。Type 2 mold on thread finish, I would like to seek your further input, attention and action.第二种瓶口螺纹长霉菌的情况，我希望引起你们更多的投入、注意和行动。1. On
3、consumer complaint reporting - please do not just report Mold but to clearly state whether it is mold inside bottle or Mold on thread finish which require different course of action.1在顾客投诉报告中请不要仅仅报告有霉菌，而是要清楚的说明到底是瓶子里有霉菌还是瓶口螺纹处有霉菌，因为这需要 采取不同的措施。2. Root cause to mold on thread finish is residual produ
4、ct on thread finish. This residual product is caused by spillage. This subject is not new to us all but is something requiring constant attention. There are three causes of spillage 2瓶口螺纹长霉菌的根本原因是在瓶口螺纹处有饮料残余。而饮料溢出会导致有残余。对我们来说，这不是一个新问题，需要我们持续的关注。有三个原因会导致饮料溢出：a. Foaming - certain product is foam sensi
5、tive though the extent is not as serious as CSD.a. 起泡有些产品是比较会起泡的，尽管起泡量没有碳酸饮料这么多。b. Fluctuating net content/filling height. An overfilled bottle has a higher risk of spillage.b. 净容量或灌注高度的上下波动一个过量灌注的瓶子有很大的风险会溢出。c. Unstable Bottle transfer to the capper. Worn starwheels, guide worms, conveyor causes th
6、e open bottle to shake on its way to the capper. Should you experience the above problem, you should consult your supplier for rectification input. Worn star-wheels, guideworms MUST be replaced.c. 瓶子传送到旋盖机不稳定旧的星轮、导向板、传送带会使瓶子在到旋盖机的过程中发生摇晃。如果你们发现有以上问题，你们最好咨询一下你们的供应商，来进行纠正。旧的星轮、导向板、必须更换。 All plants hav
7、e cap finish water flushing - the major issue is spillage after flushing. It is worth looking at improving the water flushing all the way to the capper. I sincerely wish through this painful exercise to arouse your continuous attention and effort. In the event if you have this pro
9、blem and need time to rectify - you should not take the risk to run the line as is which will result in a high cost of quality to pay.
