1、ANNUAL CONTAMINANT SURVEILLANCE PLAN每年一次的污染物监督计划1. Purpose: food safety is a basic requirement whatever the type of Danone water and beverages products. In each Danone Group Pole it has been decided to implement an annual plan of finished products analysis aimed at detecting possible chemical contam
2、inants. 目的 ：食品安全是任何一种达能水和饮料产品的基本要求。每个达能集团的成员均需执行每年一次的成品分析计划，以检测可能的化学污染。The list of contaminants that are looked for is established on a yearly basis with the help of the Danone Food Safety Center (CSA) at Danone Vitapole. This list encompasses both permanent and potential hazards (cf: HACCP methodol
3、ogy).污染物清单可在达能食品安全中心（CSA）的帮助下建立。该清单应包含持久的和潜在的危险（参考：HACCP 方法）。2. Procedure: 程序This annual surveillance plan is split in 2 distinct parts:每年一次的监督计划分为2个不同的部分：2.1: Analysis of Water Resources + Finished Products by an approved outside lab.:2.1：水源和成品送经核准的外部实验室分析：Each CBU is responsible for performing onc
4、e a year, for each of its plants, the following analysis:每个公司的每个工厂每年均需进行一次如下分析：1) Complete analysis (chemical , microbiological, radiological(*) of each of the water resources (including City Water)所有水源（包括自来水）做全分析（化学、微生物、放射性）(*): regarding radioactivity, its level must be known for all sources. In c
5、ase the values are close to WHO recommendations, or in case of a potential risk, one radiological analysis must be made once per year.（*）：应知道所有水源的放射性水平，且其数值应符合WHO的要求。2) Complete analysis (chemical, microbiological) of the main products of each plant, including bottled water products as well as bever
6、ages products (the choice of those products must enable to cover each different type of treatment processes as well as every type of containers (PET, HDPE, PC, PVC, glass, can,) used in the plant. 每个工厂的主要产品做全分析（化学、微生物），包括瓶装水和饮料产品（ 产品选择必须能包括所有工厂、各种不同类型的处理工艺及不同类型的包装容器（PET、HDPE、PC、PVC，玻璃瓶、易拉罐.） These a

The corresponding costs are paid by the CBU. 分析必须在经核准的外部实验室中进行。相应的费用由各公司承担。This analysis plan is particularly important also from a communication standpoint: having this complete check-up on our sources and finished products made by an ind

10、 the main Finished Products.我们这里的分析计划特指主要的成品。Beginning of each year the Beverage Analytical Support Chemistry & Microbiology Laboratory (ex-WTC lab), sends a request to every CBU to get finished products samples by specifying the necessary volumes. The analysis are done in our internal lab or are su

The selection of product(s) must nevertheless be representative and must cover each water resource type and/or each significantly different treatment process as well as each type of container (PET, HDPE, PC, PVC, glass, can,).成品样品的基本

If need be, this report underlines the non-conformities (vs regulation, Danone standards ,
16、 WHO guidelines,) that have been detected. It too indicates the probable origins of detected contaminants (water resource, process, packaging material, ingredient,).
