1、南京航空航天大学 硕士学位论文 支线飞机选型经济性评价研究 姓名：尹国栋 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：交通运输规划与管理 指导教师：杨文东 2011-03 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 I 摘 要 随着我国支线航空的快速发展和国产支线飞机 ARJ21 即将运营， 中国支线航空再一次成为 世人瞩目的焦点。飞机选型的经济性评价是一项难度较大的关键技术。飞机的经济性直接影响 航空公司的运营成本，评价的正确性在某种程度上决定了航空公司未来的发展与市场，对航空 公司而言非常重要。 本文首先研究和阐述了飞机选型的基本原则和内容、综合评价的内容，指出了经济性分析 的重要性；在综合评价方法的基础上，建立了支线飞
2、机选型经济性评价流程。其次，概述了支 线飞机选型经济性评价指标体系构造的内容和过程，通过指标体系的初始建立和指标优化提出 了支线飞机选型经济性评价指标体系建立的方法，并以中国民航 2006-2009 年支线飞机运营数 据为基础，实际应用了提出的方法，并结合实际生产对选择的最终指标进行分析。然后，确定 了支线飞机选型经济性评价的方法数据包络分析（DEA） ，从横向角度对研究样本的技术 效率、纯技术效率和规模效率进行评价分析，从纵向角度对技术效率排序，并对排序进行分析 验证。最后，从市场的角度对喷气支线飞机的经济性进行了评价。 关键词：关键词：支线航空，飞机选型，综合评价，指标体系 ，数据包络分析
3、（DEA） 支线飞机选型经济性评价研究 II ABSTRACT The regional aviation of China draws worldwide attention along with the rapid expansion of regional aviation and the emerging domestic regional aircraft ARJ21. Aircraft efficiency assessment is a critical technology of aircraft selection. Aircraft efficiency assessmen
4、t is significant to airlines because it affects the operating cost directly, and the correctness of assessment could determine the future and market of airlines to a certain extent. First, this thesis presents the basic principles of assessment and contents of aircraft selection, the concepts of com
5、prehensive assessment, and points out the significance of efficiency assessment in the procedure of aircraft selection. It establishes an efficiency assessment of regional aircraft selection procedure base on the comprehensive assessment methodology. Second, this thesis presents the concepts and pro
6、cess of configuration to the efficiency assessment of regional aircraft selection, establishes methodology to the efficiency assessment of regional aircraft selection through the initial index system establishment and index optimization. It deploys the methodology base on the regional aircraft opera
7、tional data of Chinese civil aviation from 2006 to 2009, and analyses the final index selected combine with reality. Third, this thesis chooses assessment methodology - Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), analyses technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency of sample aircraft hori
8、zontally, orders technical efficiency vertically and validates the order. Finally, this thesis analyses regional jet aircraft from a market demand horizon.
