1、西安体育学院 硕士学位论文 我院网球选修班学生学习正、反手击落地球技术顺序的实验研 究 姓名:王辉 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:体育教学 指导教师:康利则 2011-04 我院网球选修班学生学习正、反手击落地球技术顺序的实验研究 I 摘 要 随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国网球运动在全国迅速开展起来,截止到 2009 年,中国网球协会公布中国的网球人口高达 810 万人。这一数字足以证明网球越 来越趋于平民化,而高校拥有的师资力量、场地设施、运动氛围等,为中国网球 的发展做出了巨大贡献。高校可以说是中国网球发展的源头,绝大多数网球爱好 者都是在大学期间开展的网球课上才开始接触到网球,体会网球的魅力。

2、我院网 球的开展在西北地区中,从师资力量、教学条件等方面,都处于领先地位,我院 网球教学的研究对整个西北地区网球教学的发展起着重要作用。 我院网球教学以基本技术教学为主, 网球基本技术分为: 正手击落地球技术、 反手击落地球技术、正反手截击技术、发球技术。现在高校网球教学也主要从这 五大技术入手,但是忽略了一项起着关键作用的技术:步法移动技术。只有合理 的、规范的掌握好步法移动技术,才能更加有效、合理的掌握网球的五项基本技 术,从而更好的掌握网球这项运动。网球正手、反手击落地球技术是所有网球技 术中最重要的一项基本技术。当今网坛打法偏重于底线技术,具有代表性的人物 为世界第一纳达尔,以强有力的

3、、超乎常人的稳定性长居世界第一宝座。因此正 手、反手击落地球技术的好坏直接决定了网球技术的好坏。经查阅相关资料,网 球正手、反手击落地球技术可以分为:步法移动技术和原地击球技术这两项基本 技术。 然而, 传统的网球正手、 反手击落地球技术教学顺序是先教原地击球技术, 然后是步法移动技术,并且对于把教学的重点放在击球技术上,忽略了步法移动 技术的重要性。本文试图改变传统教学模式,把步法移动技术放在首先学习的地 位, 并且制定相关的学习计划、 形成规范的学习模式, 使学生充分掌握这一技术, 然后进行正、反手击球技术的学习,最后经过教学实验研究,来验证逆向教学顺 序的教学效果和可行性。 本文运用文献

4、资料法、 问卷调查法、 教学实验法、 逻辑分析法、 数理分析法、 对比分析法等科研方法,对我校网球开展的现状进行了分析和概括,然后对我校 网球正反手教学进行调查、思考,总结出步法移动在高校网球教学中的应用,制 定相应学习标准、计划,以我院网球选修班 09 级学生为实验对象进行教学实验。 经过一学期的教学实验可以看出:首先学习步法移动技术,对网球正反手击落地 球技术的教学具有很大的改善,并且增强了学生学习的信心,提高了学习网球的 兴趣。与传统教学方法相比,学生能够更快的掌握正反手击落地球技术,在稳定 性和准确性上得到了显著的提高, 这种教学方法为网球教学的进行提供一条新的 思路。 关键词:高校网
