2、。学分制的实行打破了传统的修业年限和传统的 班级模式，学生可以根据自己的需要和爱好自主选课，它使学生的主体地位得到充分体 现，主体性的发挥必然引发自由思想、个人主义等思潮的迸发，抑或泛滥。在这种发展 态势下，高校思想政治教育面临着巨大的挑战，高校如何转变思想、迎接挑战是高校大 学生思想政治教育不可回避的问题，也是对现行高校大学生思想政治教育的一次严峻考 验。因此，加强大学生思想政治教育是当前高校在学分制条件下必须深入探讨和实践的 重要课题。 本论文运用学分制和思想政治教育等相关理论，通过对学分制下大学生思想政治教 育的现状分析展开论证，希望构建一种基于学分制下的大学生思想政治教育的全新体 系。
3、首先，从学分制的角度分析大学生思想政治教育面临的新的背景条件并结合大学生 思想政治教育的功能，厘清了学分制给大学生思想政治教育带来的机遇和挑战，指出学 分制下对大学生进行思想政治教育的必要性和重要性；其次，通过对当代大学生学分获 取过程中的思想政治教育内涵分析， 发现传统的大学生思想政治教育内容、 方法、环境 、 队伍已不适应学分制，分析其原因是由于学分制下大学生思想政治教育对象出现新特 点、思想政治教育理念革新、思想政治教育工作重心和侧重点转移、思想政治教育载体 多样化、 思想政治教育模式发生转变。 正因为这样诸多的变化才导致了传统的教育方法 、 教育内容、教育环境、教育队伍的不适应；接着依
