2、实施方法为一体的综合管理应用体系, 通过利用信 息技术，实现企业内部资源的共享和协同，克服企业中的官僚制约，使得各业 务流程无缝平滑的衔接，从而提高管理的效率和业务的精确度，获得盈利能力 的提高。 ERP 使得企业的管理核心从“在正确的时间、 制造和销售正确的产品” 转移到了“在最佳的时间和地点， 获得企业的最大利润”。 国内电子制造业(以 下简称 EMS)的竞争已经超越了单纯的价格竞争， 转向优化/整合内外部资源、 降 低成本、提高效率、快速响应市场需求。因此，ERP 将成为企业保持竞争优势的 必然选择！ 但是国内企业管理基础薄弱, ERP实施成功率普遍偏低使得EMS企业对于如 何正确理解
3、ERP、 如何借助科学的实施方法以实现 ERP 实施成功比国内其他行业 更为深入和迫切。 本论文分析了 IIPC 公司在所处的竞争环境中所面临的挑战、 ERP 实施过程、 IIPC ERP 的实施关键成功因素，对 IIPC 公司 ERP(SAP R/3)系统实施效果进行 了评价并提出了自己的评价模型构想。 IIPC 公司做为一间国际领先的 EMS 企业， 它的 ERP 实施过程和方法对于国内 EMS 企业具有很好的参考价值。作者尝试着 从这个实施案例中找出 EMS 企业 ERP 成功实施的一般方法。本 ERP 实施解决方 案最大的特点是， 不仅仅分析了 IIPC 公司如何立足于企业未来发展重组
4、企业业 务流程，更为重要的是，把很多前沿管理思想/工具融入到 ERP 实施过程当中以 提高实施成功的可能性： 比如研究职业性格的工具 MBTI 做为项目团队管理的工 具, ASAP 实施模型以及项目管理思想来管理整个项目实施过程， 针对 IT 部门的 BPR 有利于 ERP 的后续实施等等；在本文的最后，针对 IIPC 公司的 ERP 系统实 施，提出了基于平衡计分卡思想的系统实施效果评价构想为企业全面系统评价 ERP 实施开辟了一条新的思路。 值得一提的是，本文结合 IIPC 公司的具体实施情况，创造性地将 SAP 公司 提出的 ASAP 实施模型、项目管理、MBTI 、ITSM、平衡计分卡

6、application system which integrates organization model、 business processes、 business regulations and information technology, and brings synergy effects on internal resources ,win through the bureaucratism，seamlessly link one process to another, therefore improve the working efficiency, business info
7、rmation accuracy and product/service profitability. ERP enables the transfer of management focus from produce and sell right product at the right time to obtain the best profit in the best location at the best time。The competition in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) industry in China is not pu
8、rely on price any more，instead it is on the integration / optimization of internal and external resources, the reduction of cost, the prompt fulfillment on market demands. So ERP implementation is the best choice the companies should make in the way to create and sustain their own competitive advant
9、age。 However EMS companies imminently understand correctly the ERP implementation methodology as well as the concept of ERP due to the weak ability to manage business and the high failure rate of ERP implementation in China and overseas。 This essay tries to provide a comprehensive solution to ERP im
10、plementation from analyzing IIPCs successful ERP (SAP R/3) end-to-end implementation practice 。 The solution is not only optimize/reengineer IIPC business processes based on the future of IIPC business blueprint, more importantly it embeds a lot of advanced management concepts/tools/techniques insid
11、e the implementation life cycle to ensure its success such as the personality tool MBTI for ERP project team building, ASAP implementation methodology from SAP, project management methodology to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and the practice about how IIPC reengineered a technical IT to a
