2、的诗，去建造供奉人性的神庙。在现实 主义的大背景下，他仍独立的坚守对艺术形式的探索。他没有也不会在理论上去深究 象征主义，但正因为如此，他的象征是自然的，是与生命体验、人性实践合而为一的。 象征成为理解沈从文文学的秘诀，成为通达作家生命意识的桥梁。 论文首先做了关联性的研究，对象征理论在现代中国文坛的传播、衍变做了概要 式的梳理，以期还原一个实存性的文学场景。在沈从文与象征的关系的论述中，主要 分为内在积淀、外在体验和传播渠道等三个方面探讨其象征出现的原因。论文指出沈 从文的象征始于自然、习于文化、成于“人事”的独特的形成过程。 论文在对沈从文文学的象征艺术研究分析的过程中，采用了共时和历时相
3、结合的 视角。在历时研究中，首先在考察其创作全过程的基础上提出象征分期问题。大致可 以分两个时期：浪漫象征期和象征化时期。在浪漫象征期中，其文本主要表现的是作 家的理想、情怀，充盈着丰沛的感性色彩，是一种建构式的写作。论文把这一时期的 象征分为表层象征和深层象征两个部分，又把表层象征分为行为象征、实物象征、言 语象征、颜色象征和数字象征等五种形式；把深层象征分为原型象征、结构象征、整 体象征等形式展开具体细致的论述。在象征化时期，沈从文的文风剧变，理性的沉思、 抽象的抒情渐占主体，甚至出现玄想的倾向。这种风格大有象征主义神髓。这一时期， 沈从文以文学为药，疗救自我和人性，用象征为酒体验疯狂与迷
4、醉。他游移于抽象和 情绪间，沉醉于“无处不是象征”的生命世界，给我们绘出生命多方的图案画。论文 指出了沈从文在象征化时期“创造纯粹的诗”的文学实践。 在共时层面上，沈从文借助梦境与音乐把象征艺术丰富化了。他用文字书写心与 梦的历史，书写人事的常与变。在梦里作家重回桃源之境获得了反观自我的象征之镜。 他越是在后期越感到抽象的快乐，越是认为音乐高于其他艺术。这种音乐浸透生命的 感觉让他在文字的无声的世界中追寻生命最完整的形式的象征。在梦境和音乐的双翼 中文本获得了象征的力量，作家也在这个神性解体的世界上重新安置了自己的灵魂。 结论认为，沈从文作为浪漫派作家，他有自己独特的追求。他最大愿望是建造理
