1、河北农业大学 硕士学位论文 河北省山区农业产业化经营模式及发展对策研究 姓名：王娜 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：作物生产工程与技术推广 指导教师：王志刚 2009-06-14 摘 要 农业产业化可以把市场信息、技术服务、销售渠道直接而有效地带给农民，比较 好地解决了小农户与大市场的矛盾。河北省农业产业化发展水平非常不平衡，尤其是 占据了河北省三分之一以上人口的山区农业产业化发展更为缓慢。 大力推进农业产业 化不仅能够提高农业经济效率和市场化程度，也是促进农民增收、提高农业竞争力、 推进农业结构调整的重大举措。 河北省山区农业产业化发展取得了一定的成绩，但也存在着很多问题，分析各种 产业化经营模式
2、存在的问题，积极探索科学的解决办法，对进一步推进河北山区农业 产业化发展具有重要的战略意义和现实意义。 本文以河北省山区农业产业化经营模式为研究对象，运用访谈法、问卷调查法、 个案分析法和图表分析法，对河北省山区农业产业化经营模式中的龙头企业带动型、 专业协会带动型和主导产业带动型三个典型案例进行剖析， 找出各种模式存在的障碍 因素，并针对存在的问题提出推进农业产业化发展的对策和建议。其主要结论如下： (1)目前河北省山区存在的三种农业产业化经营模式(龙头企业带动、 专业协会带 动、主导产业带动)，虽然在带动地区经济，促进农民增收方面起到了举足轻重的作 用，但其中的问题也不可忽视，主要有：利益
3、联结不紧密，资金紧缺，科学技术创新 困难，服务体系欠完善，本文针对这些问题提出相应的对策和建议，以促进其更好的 发展。 (2)在整个山区经济发展过程中，我们要依据自身的优势特色产业，本着以市场 为导向、因地制宜、自愿互利及为农民服务的原则，鼓励各种产业化经营的组织形式 的发展。根据产业及其发展程度的不同，选择适合的农业产业化经营模式，不能盲目 的照搬照抄。 (3)从整个山区的农业产业化经营状况出发，提出了促进河北山区农业产业化经 营发展的对策建议。 主要有： 加强政府宏观调控， 健全法律保障体系， 制定优惠政策， 加快培育区域特色主导产业，建立并完善社会化服务体系；加快科技创新，提高产品 科技
