2、学教育学以及思想政治学等领域研究大学生就业指导问题的还有些研究是由专门 从事就业工作的教师们总结的工作经验笔者认为就业指导的目的是缓解就业问题 就业问题是就业指导的研究背景 因此本文的侧重点是研究大学生就业指导对缓解大 学生就业问题的的理论意义与实际效果作为劳动经济学专业的研究生笔者运用经 济学相关的就业理论分析了大学生就业指导的意义 逻辑上论证了大学生就业指导对 缓解大学生摩擦性失业自愿性失业以及非自愿性失业的作用在文献研究和理论分 析的基础上本文又通过实证研究的方法论证了大学生就业指导的效果并对高校如 何完善当前大学生就业指导工作提出了建议和对策 关键词大学生 就业 就业指导 A b s
3、t r a c t College graduates are valuable resources of our country, but now they have to face the severe employment situation. It is believed in this paper that the current style of unemployment of university graduates can be categorized as frictional unemployment, voluntary unemployment and involunt
4、ary unemployment. Thats why new requirements have been provided to the employment guidance to solve these three types of unemployment. As a late comer, employment guidance in our country is relatively weak in theoretical research as well as empirical studies. Nowadays the majority of scholars have b
5、een studying the employment guidance issue from viewpoint of psychology, pedagogics, ideological and political science. Besides, summarized working experience of specialized counselors is also common in the related field. As it is believed that career guidance is aimed to alleviate the employment pr
6、oblem, this paper put emphasis on theoretical significance and practical outcome of solving employment issues from the point of employment guidance. The paper analyzes the significance of employment guidance and demonstrates logically that career guidance is helpful to alleviate three types of unemp
7、loyment with economical theory of employment. Based on literature research and theoretical analysis, this paper demonstrates the effect of employment counseling for undergraduate students through empirical research, and provides suggestions and advices on how to improve the current employment guidan
8、ce and counseling.
