5、上最重要的一环，其 重要性是不言而喻的。怎么科学的进行供应商选择，评估，以及管理和整合，是摆 在每个企业面前的一个关键问题。 论文首先介绍了国内外供应商整合的研究现状以及整合的重要性，而后介绍了 光模块生产行业的特点和现状。 由此引出FSP公司的概况及供应商管理的现状与存在 的问题。结合供应商管理的理论，论文重点通过对并购后FSP公司供应商管理环节的 研究，来分析产生这些问题的一些主要原因。并根据这些原因，结合FSP公司供应链 优化的战略，进行了公司实施应商整合的SWOT分析，而后提出了FSP公司供应商整 合初步研究方案：从全球化的供应商管理部门的建立以及供应商的引入、选择、评 估和ERP系统

Especially the impact of economic crisis on
7、the manufacturing sector brings a huge crisis and challenge to the manufacturing industry. To survive and make further growth, a business has to cut the manufacturing cost at the same time maintain the product quality. Thus, it becomes extremely important for a business to improve the supply chain e
8、fficiency. Meanwhile, to enhance the competitiveness in the market, more and more companies improve their supply chain flexibility and expand their product lines through mergers and acquisitions. All of those show that the competition among enterprises is mainly reflected by the competition in the s
9、upply chain. Supplier management, as the most important part of supply chain, its importance is self-evident. How to implement the supplier selection, evaluation, management and integration， is a key issue for every enterprise. The thesis first briefly introduces the current research status and its
10、importance of the suppliers consolidation, then describes the characteristics and current status of optical module manufacturing industry. After the introduction of the profile of FSP Company and the status of its supplier management, the existing problems will be discussed. This thesis focuses on t
11、he analyses of supplier chain management of FSP Company after its acquisition of FT Company, to find some of the main reasons for these problems base on the theory of supplier management. And according to FSP strategy for supply chain optimization, the SWOT analysis of FSPs supplier integration will

Based on those backgrounds, this thesis explores supplier integration solution from the introduction, selection, assessment of suppliers, set up a global sourcing team, ERP systems support and other aspects to integrate various supply resources, improve operational efficiency and ulti
13、mately strengthen the core competitiveness of the business. Finally, the implementation and future improvement of supplier consolidation will be summarized.
