1、南京航空航天大学 硕士学位论文 复杂技术创新中粘滞知识转移机理研究 姓名：洪旦 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：技术经济及管理 指导教师：彭灿 20081201 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 I 摘 要 复杂技术创新的本质是汇聚各种核心资源，进行知识的创造、转移、共享和应用，以整合 局部创新实现整体技术创新。但知识转移和共享的过程中会由于知识的粘滞而产生转移困难， 并增加知识转移的成本。深入了解和准确把握粘滞知识的产生与转移机理，对于降低知识转移 粘度，促进知识转移和共享，从而提高复杂技术创新的绩效和成功率具有重要的意义。 本文的研究工作紧紧围绕复杂技术创新中粘滞知识的转移机理， 从知识分布、 知识
2、转移主体 层次、复杂技术创新的过程模型这个三方面进行研究。 首先，本文研究了知识分布载体类型、知识分布载体数量、知识分布形态、知识分布集中度 以及知识分布相似性对知识转移粘滞的影响，所给出的相应的转移机理图是本部分的创新点。 其次，将复杂技术创新中的知识转移主体归纳为四个层次，识别了四个层次知识转换中发 生的粘滞，并给出了基于层次的粘滞知识转移与转换模型，此模型包含了知识在主体间的转移 过程以及知识形态的转换过程，是本文的重要创新点。 最后， 对复杂技术创新各个阶段的粘滞知识转移机理进行了分析， 针对复杂技术创新四个阶 段相应地提出了四个粘滞知识转移机理模型。 这样， 本文深入分析了不同知识分
3、布、 不同转移层次、 不同创新阶段的共计十四个转移机理， 并尝试着建立了十一个转移机理小模型以及一个基于知识转移主体层次的粘滞知识转移与转换 模型， 比较全面而又详尽地阐释了复杂技术创新中粘滞知识的转移机理。 虽然这些模型只是探索 性质的，但总的来说，它们形象地表达了复杂技术创新中粘滞知识的转移机理。 关键词：复杂技术创新，创新网络，粘滞知识，转移机理，转移模型 复杂技术创新中粘滞知识转移机理研究 II Abstract The nature of complex technological innovation is to gather all kinds of resources to t
4、ransfer, apply, share and create knowledge. It is also a process of integrating local innovation to achieve the overall innovation. However, there will be some difficulties during the process because of some sticky knowledge. Doing some research on the mechanism of the transfer of sticky knowledge w
5、ill help us to reveal the transfer path of sticky knowledge.Further more, it will help us reduce the costs and improve the speed of transfer of sticky knowledge. In this paper, the main research includes three aspects: the distribution of sticky、the levels of transfer subjects、the model of complex t
6、echnological innovation process, all these aspects are closely linked to the transfer mechanism of sticky knowledge. First of all, this paper analyses the kinds of carriers of knowledge distribution、the number of knowledge carriers、 the forms of knowledge distribution、 the concentration of knowledge
7、 distribution and the similarity of knowledge distribution, and their influence on the transfer of sticky knowledge. The mechanism of each aspect is the innovation of this part. Second, this paper generalize the kinds of carriers of knowledge distribution into four levels, point out the stick situat
8、ion of each level, then set up a transfer and transform model of sticky knowledge. This model includes both of the processes of knowledge transfer and transform, is a very important innovation of this paper. Finally, this paper analyses the transfer mechanism of sticky knowledge of each phase, estab
9、lish four transfer models of sticky knowledge. They are also innovations of this paper. Generally speaking, this paper set up eleven transfer mechanism models of sticky knowledge and one overall model of the complex technological innovation. Although they are tentative, they vividly express the tran
10、sfer mechanism of sticky knowledge.
