1、Structure and Style of Business Writing The first impression a business letter makes often determines whether the letter will be read and the readers reaction to the letter, so business letter writers must, in addition to composing wellwritten sentences and paragraphs, communicate their thoughts in
2、efficient, appropriate letter form. Letter Structures and Placement nBroadly speaking, business letters are usually composed of the following twelve elements: 1.Letterhead(信头) 2. Date(日期) 3.
