3、ge 2 / 16Method Statement For Insulation一、目的 Objective为保证 EOEG 管道设备的保温保冷工作的工程质量，特编制此方案。This program is compiled to ensure the construction quality about insulation cold/heat work of EOEG piping.本工程主要工作量如下：管线保温 87.75m3，管线保冷 32.19 m3，设备保温，0.53 m3，设备保冷，8.36 m 3二、编制依据 Compilation basis1. 7、键。由于工艺管道大部分在预制车间内预制，保温工作拟根据图纸进行提前下料。The operating time of heat insulation is short, the reasonable use of working hours is the key to meeting the construction schedule. 8、ng Project CSPC-Foster Wheel PMTMS-8710-0023-6008 REV. 00 Page 3 / 16Method Statement For Insulationadvance2、施工准备 Construction preparationa. 绝热所用材料，必须按设计文件的规定进行检查验收。绝热材料及其制品，必须具有产品质量证明书出厂合格证、理化检测报告原件，其规格、性能应符合设计要求。然后把符合要求的质保书提交给 PMT QC 部门。The insulation materials must be inspected and accepted accor
9、ding to the designed documents. The Insulation material and its products must have an original certificate of product quality and factory certification, physical and chemical test report, its specifications, performance should meet the design requirements, then submit the material document to QC of
10、the PMT for approve.b. 对产品质量有怀疑时，供货商应进行复验，并提交复验结果。When there is doubt about the quality of products, suppliers should carry out re-inspection, and submit the results of re-inspectionc. 绝热工程施工应在设备及管道的强度试验、气密试验合格后及防腐工程完工后进行。The insulation construction should be carried out after passing the gas-tight
11、and corrosion tests of the equipment and pipingd. 绝热施工前必须具备下列条件：The insulation must meet the following conditions before constructione设备管道的附属结构均安装完毕。Equipment and pipeline subsidiary structures are installedf电伴热或热介质伴热管安装就位，并通电或试压合格。Electric trace heating or hot medium with heat-pipe installed in pla

14、 确认设备具有保温条件后即可安装保温层 to install the insulation layer after check the condition of equipment insulationc 保护层预置及安装 to pre-fabrication and install the protection layerd 如有拆除部分也应按现场情况进行保温恢复 to replace the insulation layer if dismantle existing insulation layer e 外保护层缝隙进行防水处理，打密封胶 to do waterproof for pro
15、tection layer and to do seal gluef 清理现场。To do housekeeping. 2、施工工艺 construction techniquesa材料准备 prepare material 工程认定后按工程任务单准备材料 to prepare material follow the construction sheet 核对购买材料的品种、规格、数量、有效期、确认无误、分类存放，并做好防潮措施。To check the variety, standard, quantity, period of validity of the material.
