3、代新型的注重于学生能力培养的艺术教育机构,是提高当代大学生基本素质的新型平台,更是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。天津财经大学珠江学院全面贯彻党的教育改革方针,积极转变教育观念,开展创新探索,借鉴国内普通高校的成功经验于 2007 年创建艺术工作室,以艺术教育为指导,组织在校大学生进行艺术活动和社会实践,以实现全面发展的高素质人才为己任,是学校培养全面发展优秀人才的平台,是学校与社会、教学与教研、课堂与实践互为渗透、相互结合的培养模式前沿基地,是学校创新教育改革的阵地。天津财经大学珠江学院艺术工作室拥有专业的师资队伍,重视教师职能的转变,采用师生互动的方式进行教育活动,在教学中,通过师生共同参与达

4、到相互促进的作用,指导学生通过小组式学习的方式进行学习。吸收艺术专业学生及非艺术专业学生,通过对舞蹈、音乐、美术艺术学科的课堂展现,利用各艺术学科间的相互渗透和促进特点,采用开展校内多种形式的竞技类活动及联合校外实践活动等多种方式,为学生搭建了一个艺术平台。由于受应试教育影响,导致天津财经大学珠江学院艺术工作室的开展显露出一些问题,如:传统教育观念导致校方投入力度不大、上挤下压导致高素质师资力量流失、实践面窄导致学生缺乏持久性及综合因素的影响。笔者在本论文中以天津财经大学珠江学院艺术工作室为例,针对一些内部存在的问题进行剖析,提出未来发展的具体建议,从而推广并加强改进大学生艺术工作室的建设,促
