1、第二章 芽孢杆菌属种名录2.1芽孢杆菌种名目录来源芽孢杆菌种名是以发表在IJSEM微生物系统进化国际学报（International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology）和IJSB细菌系统进化国际学报（International Journal of Systematic Bacteriology）以及国际权威学报上使用的种名为准。并列入核准细菌名录（Approved Lists of Bacterial Names）和确认细菌名录（Validation List）认定。在国际上，有专门收集细菌种名目录的著作和网站，包括了细菌
2、代码规则(Rules of the Bacteriological Code)、伯杰氏系统细菌学手册-原核生物分类纲要（Taxonomic Outline of the Prokaryotes Release 5.0, Bergeys Manual of Systematic Bacteriology）、名录公告(Notification List)、原核生物名称目录（List of Prokaryotic Names with Standing in Nomenclature）、NCBI数据库等等。各国菌种保存中心也是芽孢杆菌目录的重要来源，如德国菌钟保存中心（DSMZ）等。不同的文献来源，
3、由于收集统计的时间、范围、内容、分类体系等的差异，所收集的芽孢杆菌种名数量不同。有的分类系统名录将芽孢杆菌分为一个属，如核准种名目录（Approved Lists 2005）收集的芽孢杆菌种名有175个，NCBI数据库(2006)上收集的芽孢杆菌种名有182个，德国菌种保存中心种名目录（DSMZ 2006）收集的芽孢杆菌种名有187个；有的分类系统将芽孢杆菌分为20多个属，如伯杰氏手册：原核生物分类纲要（2004）将芽孢杆菌类细菌分为22属，记述了260种。2.2芽孢杆菌属种名录本名录参考核准种名目录2005（Approved Lists 2005）、NCBI数据库(2006)、德国菌种保存中
