1、太原理工大学 硕士学位论文 闻喜县桃园街城市改造开发项目的研究 姓名：周阳 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：建筑技术科学 指导教师：赵健彬 20100501 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 II 闻喜县桃园街城市改造开发项目的研究 摘 要 当前国力强盛，在科学发展观的指导下，城市日新月异，城乡面貌发 生了巨大的变化，然而，中小城镇却仍处于落后状态。近年随着“城乡一 体化” 、 “城镇化”概念的提出，为我国中小城镇的发展建设带来契机。 闻喜县桃园街位于闻喜县县城西南，连接城市中心西湖公园与城西大 街，具备绝对的区位优势和极高的商业开发价值，由于其地理位置特殊而 又年久失修，因此，对桃园街进行城市改造已
2、经成为当务之急。桃园街的 城市改造开发项目，不仅在于改善现阶段居住状况、满足居民轻松、便利 日常生活的基本要求，其意义更在于带动闻喜县城镇化发展，并为其注入 新活力，开辟新空间，树立新形象，满足城市日益增长的各方面需求。 本文首先对闻喜县的背景资料进行分析，以桃园街为研究对象，进行 了现场调研和资料、文献的搜集。鉴于城市改造性质的特殊性，文中对国 外的城市改造运动进行了分析研究并总结经验教训，对闻喜县城市整体环 境下的城镇化发展趋势、城市社会经济发展动态、人口规模增长变化、城 市用地现状以及商业、居住发展状况等进行多方位深入分析，为桃园街城 市改造开发提供必要的理论支持。通过分析，将桃园街的改
3、造开发项目定 位为闻喜县现代化、宜居的住宅小区和商业中心的综合建设，提出规划理 念、目标等方面内容，并对其进行规划设计。 桃园街街区的规划设计根据桃园街的实际情况，提出了对街区的破旧 建筑进行拆除，整体新建的改造方式，以整体性、生态可持续性、以人为 本、特色开发为原则，以改善街区环境、带动城市经济发展、体现城市风 貌与魅力为目标，并依据国家相关规范，确定了街区“一轴、三片、三区” 的规划结构，对建筑形式、道路交通系统、绿地系统、街道外部空间环境、 竖向设计进行了系统的规划。旨在打造一个高品位、现代化、有特色的街 区。 居住作为桃园街改造建设的重点内容之一，直接体现着城市的发展水 平。本文通过对

But the middle and small towns are still behind. In recent years, accompany with “the unified design between the city and the co
6、untryside ” and “urbanization”, brings opportunities for our middle and small towns. Located in the southwest in the city center, Taoyuan Street connects the West Lake Park in city center and the West Avenue, with super location advantage and very high value of commercial development. Due to its spe
7、cial geographical location and disrepair in long period, Taoyuan Street is listed as one of the key projects in urban development in Wenxi County. The Taoyuan Street renewal and development project is not only to improve the living conditions at this stage to facilitate peoples daily life and make t
8、hem live more easily, but also to promote the urbanization of Wenxi county, inputting new energy, opening new space, establishing a new image and meeting the needs from all aspects of the city growth The paper first analyzes the background of Wenxi, and studies the current situation of Taoyuan Stree

By analyzing, Taoyuan Street renewal progra
11、m is eventually defined as the wenxi modern, livable residential area and commercial center, and the planning and design are made accordingly, proposing a planning concept, objectives and so content. The planning and design of the renewal according to the actual situation of Taoyuan Street Avenue, t
12、he paper presents an renewal approach that old buildings in the community are demolished, and the whole street is reconstructed, with the principle of unity, ecological sustainability, people- oriented and distinctive development, so as to improve the community environment and promote the urban econ
13、omic development, and reflect the style and charm of the city. According to relevant national standards, the plan establishes the structure of “one axis, three blocks, three areas“ and gives a systematic plan on the building form, road transportation system, green space system, outside space environ
14、ment of the streets, and vertical design, and making it become a high-quality, modern and unique community.
