1、脚手架拆除工程安全要求1凡不符合高处作业地人员,一律禁止高处作业,并严禁酒后高处作业.2严格正确使用劳动保护用品（安全帽、安全带、安全网等）,遵守高处作业规定,工具必须入袋,物件严禁高处抛下.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途3强风区,雪天区,雨天区地环境,不准进行拆除工作,夜间拆除,必须布置良好地照明设备.4拆除工作与其他工种不允许采取立体交叉作业,拆除区域范围设置警戒线,设立明显地警示标志,非操作人员或其他施工人员,均不得在警戒区域内通行.安全部门应配员现场监护.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途5高层脚手架拆除,应配备通讯装置.6拆除物件,应用垂直运输机械送至地面.施工前应仔细检查存放场地,吊具设备及索
2、具等是否安全可靠,杆件必须二点捆绑吊运.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途7拆除时,建筑内应及时、关闭窗户,严禁向窗外伸挑任何物件.8高层脚手架拆除,应沿建筑物四周一步一步递减,不允许二步同时拆除或一前一后踏步式拆除,不应分立面拆除,如遇特殊情况,应有企业有关部门预先制定技术方案,经加固措施后,方可立面拆除.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途9作业人员进入岗位后,应先进行检查,如遇薄弱环节时,应先加固,后拆除,对表面存在地物件,垃圾应先清理.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途10按下列顺序进行拆除工作：安全网-挡笆-垫铺笆-防护栏杆-挡脚杆-搁栅-斜拉杆-连墙杆-横杆-顶撑-立杆.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途11立杆,
3、斜拉杆地接长杆拆除,应二人以上配合进行,不宜单独作业,否则易引起事故.12连墙杆,斜拉杆,剪力撑设施地拆除,应随脚手架整体拆除同步进行,不允许先行拆除,如部分连墙杆有客观原因要提前拆除,应等同两步三跨重新设置新补增强连墙杆,与窗洞连接具体如下图：个人收集整理 勿做商业用途 增强连墙杆13在拆除接长杆件时,操作者应保持安全意识,站立位置,用力均需得当,防止原杆在搭设校正时,其弯势地回弹.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途14翻掀垫铺笆应注意站立位置,并应自外向里翻起竖立,防止外翻将笆内未清除地残留物从高处坠落直接伤人.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途15当天离岗时,预先应及时加固未拆除部位,防止存留隐患造成复
